The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is pleased to offer you this superb luxury apartment for rent, located in Cohennoz, in the heart of a newly built residence with elegant architecture and premium amenities. Ideally located just 300 m from the ski slopes, this 56 m² apartment is brand new and can accommodate up to 6 guests in optimal comfort. It has a separate entrance on the ground floor, offering a beautiful 29 m² living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, two elegantly furnished bedrooms, and two contemporary bathrooms with showers.
Enjoy unobstructed views of the mountains, the tranquility of a privileged environment, and high-speed internet access (fiber optic) included. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home in a refined and welcoming setting.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 29 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

- A 17 m² south-facing balcony with an exceptional 180° panoramic view of the mountains and valley, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Cohennoz, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Nordic skiing: Crest-Voland Cohennoz – Les Saisies Olympic ski area (120 km of cross-country trails)

- Snake Gliss descent (supervised group sledding)
