The Cocoonr agency offers this 250 m² architect-designed villa for rent, just a stone's throw from the Corniche Kennedy and the Prophète beach, providing a peaceful, bright, and refined setting for a comfortable stay in Marseille. High-end materials, generous spaces, contemporary design, and a Mediterranean atmosphere combine elegantly.
Spread over three levels and set on 400 m² of landscaped grounds, the villa is laid out as follows:
Upper floor:
- A master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, bathtub, separate toilet)
- A children's bedroom with two single beds for children: 90x190 and 72x141
- A bathroom with sea view and separate toilet
Ground floor:
- A large 75 m² living area comprising a living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, coffee machine, etc.)
- A dedicated office
- Guest toilet
Lower level (naturally lit by a skylight with plants):
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), each with a bathroom (shower or bathtub)
- Separate toilet
- An additional office space
Outside:
- 150 m² tropical garden
- 25 m² heated mirror pool with submerged beach
- Terrace with outdoor furniture, shaded lounge area, and dining area

The villa is ideally located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, a short walk from the Corniche Kennedy, between Roucas Blanc and the Pharo district.

-Bus line 83 (stop “Le Prophète” or “Corniche Talabot”) serves the Corniche directly and provides easy access to the Old Port and Saint-Charles train station.
Marseille Provence Airport is accessible via a direct shuttle to Saint-Charles train station. However, we recommend using taxis or services such as Uber for greater comfort.

- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) sheets and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
