Our vacation rental is located in the gorgeous, Miramar Beach area, in Surfside Resort.

Enjoy your vacation experience in Miramar Beach in our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with sweeping unobstructed gulf-front views from living room and both bedrooms.

Our vacation rental offers a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Everything that you will need to cook with for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Enjoy waking up to the stunning panoramic gulf-front views in our spacious master bedroom suite with a flat screen TV, large, lighted walk-in closet, private bathroom, and access to the main balcony.

The second bedroom suite also offers impressive panoramic gulf-front views with a flat screen TV, two full sized beds, closet, full bath with bathtub and shower, and access to the main balcony.

To make your nights comfortable we have bought brand new mattresses, Memory Foam Mattress Toppers & high-end sheets to help you rest comfortably.

Imagine awakening every day of your vacation to the sound of gentle waves breaking on the shore, catching the first glimpse of the magnificent sunrise, and pouring that first cup of coffee while watching a school of dolphins frolicking in the emerald green waters of the Gulf... IN YOUR PAJAMAS!

Surfside Resort offers a sky bridge from the building pool area directly to the beach. 24 hour security and covered enclosed parking deck.

In house spa, spa services, onsite restaurant & beach bar that offers family friendly menu, and ROOM SERVICE!

Enjoy Surfside pool deck that offers a pool that is heated off season, twin Hot Tubs, Sauna, Kiddie Pool, and showers/changing rooms. The best part is you can use the facilities before check-in/after check out!

Later, you unwind with breathtaking views of the sun setting down over the Gulf and to make those breathtaking sunsets even more spectacular, on Mondays and Friday evenings enjoy the bonfires on the beach.

This place was everything we could have wanted: view of the gulf, sound of the waves, easy walk to the pool and beach. Away from the busy areas yet close to shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfy and the condo was well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and accommodating to our requests. Can't wait to plan a return visit!

Very nice, clean and up to date condo. Beautiful view of gulf and the pool. After a day at the beach it was great to go to the pool in the afternoon that was in full shade. Restaurant at condo complex was top notch. Many choices for restaurants within 10-15 minutes. streets were not too crowded and easy to navigate. Great stay, can't wait to book again for the family.

Loved this Condo. Perfect location to watch the sun rise each morning. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many different condos, mostly located at the Seascape Resort area, but this was one of the best.

Great spring break!

Spring break vacation

The owners were so great to work with. This definitely felt like home away from home. The views were breathtaking of the ocean and we also had great views of the pool and hot tubs. The Miramar Beach is beautiful and if we come back we will definitely want to stay here again!

Best Vacay ever!

The view is awesome and it is so spacious! It was perfect for our big family. I knew the kids would love the amazing beach, but the other amenities on site were surprisingly the star 🌟 of the week. We split time evenly between the beach and pool. We utilized the gym, played tennis, shuffle board, basketball, and even tried pickleball. It was the perfect setting for our active family. It was great to have the restaurant on site and walking distance for so many other food and drink options too. We’re definitely coming back again!

We are the Mutzberg Family and live in Georgia. Otto is a engineer in Atlanta, Mandy is a Nurse Midwife. Otto's favorite hobby is offshore fishing, and Mandy's is relaxing at the beach, so naturally, Destin, with it's breathtaking beaches, is one of our favorite vacation spots.

ABOUT THE NAME: The previous condo owner was Mandy's Nurse-Midwife colleague & mentor, who quickly became a close friend. She actually delivered our first baby! When we bought the condo from them, Mandy knew she had to incorporate something to do with their work into giving the condo a name. Mandy learned that "Deverra" was the Roman Goddess who protected midwives and women in labor....so the name "Deverra Destin-y" was born (see what I did there?)!

We were fortunate enough to have enjoyed this condo at Surfside as renters for years before the owners offered to sell it to us as their family outgrew it. This condo is where both our kids saw the ocean for the first time & these sugar white beaches are where they first felt sand between their toes. Mandy rented this unit from the previous owner both times she was on maternity leave, so both our kids were brought here at just a few weeks old. We could not pass up the opportunity the keep the condo in our "family".

Our goal is to share our "home away from home" with you and help you create relaxing family memories as we have.

Our condo complex is family friendly. We have breathtaking views from every room so even from inside the condo, you have 360* views of the turquoise waters of the gulf. Interior hallways from the elevators to the condo offers safety, climate control and convenience, giving it a resort feel, unlike many condos in FL with lengthy elevator lines and outdoor entry. The beach bar and 3 viewing decks offer spectacular views of sunrise and sunset. This amenity, which draws crowds from all over, is right at your doorstep. The resort has fabulous amenities described above. Our private beach is absolutely stunning and includes daily beach set up, 2 chairs and an umbrella, which we prepaid for our guests' enjoyment. Even the pool and hot tubs feature panoramic views and breathtaking sunset views. We are centrally located so it is very convenient to all Destin has to offer, but a little further from the congestion and 24/7 activity and noise of Destin Harbor. Restaurants and activities are within minutes from the condo and the beach and pool are right at our doorstep.
