This beautiful Patio Villa Includes all new furnishing, washer/dryer, 55" Samsung Smart TV in living room and 40" Samsung Smart TV in master bedroom. The King bed in master bedroom and queen in guest room both have new mattresses. There is a desk in guest bedroom. Kitchen includes coffee maker, toaster, knife set, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and other kitchen essentials. Complete with extra bed linens and towels. Enjoy the Weber Spirit 2 Grill on patio. Also has a screened in Lanai with table, chairs and ceiling fan. Down the street from Sawgrass Grove entertainment complex featuring lve entertainment, Ezell Regional Recreation Center, Southern Oaks Champtionship Golf Course and more! A short drive via golf cart to Brownwood Town Square. Come enjoy this outstanding new property in a prime location.

Amazing property

We had one of the best experiences at this property. It's beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It has everything you need to feel at home plus it's very well equipped and everything is almost new. The Villages area is a great place to stay. Even though is mostly adults living in the area, my 9 year old son had an amazing time and felt happy and comfortable. If you are looking for a place to relax this is it since it. This location is located away from the craziness if the big cities. It was perfect for us.

Best rental ever.

This place was absolutely perfect. The Villa was beautifully decorated and well supplied with everything one would need from dishes, utensils towels, cleaning supplies, etc. The host John was very helpful with one minor issue which was resolved quickly. Great location. Very close to an area that offers some type live music every day of the week. We would gladly return to this Villa had we not purchased a home in the Villages.

Perfect in every way

Villa is very clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with owner was outstanding. Easy walking distance to the rec center for pool, tennis, Pickleball etc. We loved it ! Our first experience to the Villages and it exceeded our expectations in every way.

Clean and comfortable

The house had a great layout and there were plenty of linens, dishwater and supplies, including spices, scissors and tape, and things you have in your home! The owner was very responsive and accommodating, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, and practical!

This was our first time using a VRBO property. We were looking for a family vacation with quality time and this property give us the opportunity to achieve that with excellence. The property is locate in a safe, friendly, well equipped and quiet condominium. Great facilities at walking distance. We had a fantastic time and will definitely go back next year!

A MUST STAY!!

This property made for a fantastic one-month stay in the newest part of The Villages! John had everything one could possibly need at your fingertips. Having a golf cart as part of the rental was such a smart idea and added to the benefit of renting this unit vs another. Traveling by golf cart at The Villages is so easy and so much fun. John’s Villa was in such a fantastic location, close to Sawgrass, Ezzell recreation center, and McGradys Pub. And just a golf cart ride to Brownwood Town Square. John was also very responsive throughout the rental process. I would absolutely rent this unit again!

Beautiful Patio Villa

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Have stayed in the Villages before but the location was perfect. The house was brand new, extremely clean. The host was very responsive and everyone we met was very friendly. We highly recommend this home to all prospective renters.

Awesome!

What a dream vacation home! John, the owner thought of everything right down to the paper towels! The only thing we bought were the food we ate & coffee. The master bed was so comfortable, we had full use of the golf cart and the neighbors were very nice. All in all the it was wonderful and the price was less expensive than a hotel room where you only get bed & bathroom.
