Sunsports Villa at Edgewater - largest 2/2 villa near pond, pool & restaurants

The Sunsports Villa at Edgewater offers an abundance of convenience and amenities: its ground floor location means you park at the door and there are no stairs or slow elevators to contend with. It is an end unit so it's larger than other two bedrooms at the property, and there are fewer neighbors and more peace & quiet. Located in the tennis section of the resort, our building overlooks and is just steps away from the most beautiful of all the villa pools (seasonally heated) as well as a pond with a water feature. And you're a close walk or free tram ride to the rest of the resort and the beach side of the property where you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, and more.

Inside this spacious villa in the 2400 building of Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort, guests will relax in a large living area featuring a sofa, loveseat and two plush rocker recliners, and a large Smart TV with HD service. A dining area offers 6 seats at our new dining table plus 3 more at our bar for any meal, and our full kitchen is well equipped for any dish you wish to whip up. Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms at the Sunsports Villa. The large master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, patio access, a walk-in closet, separate vanity with his/her sinks, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate deep garden-style bathtub.

The guest bedroom features two queen-size beds, flat-screen TV, and access to the 2nd full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A queen-sized sleeper sofa rounds out our sleeping options for a total of eight (8) guests. Sorry, no pets.

Our double patio opens up to green space where kids can stretch their legs and check out the many turtles in the pond and is positioned right at the stunning villa pool.

Outside our front door sits numerous tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts as well as basketball, and one of the most updated fitness centers in the area. The Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street, and we are surrounded by a stunning, 9-hole executive golf course.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned security gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an oyster bar, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
