Hi Taylor, I guess it is possible that in the 10 minutes between your departure and my arrival a family of skunks entered, sprayed the house, then left. Unfortunately, guests in the other nearby properties, neighbors, deck repair man, and cleaners told a very different story. I was also informed your party was quite rude to them as well. We ran an ozone machine for 4 hours, and had to shampoo the new sofas, all the decorative pillows and mattresses to get the stench out. Due to the violation of house rules you agreed to when making the reservation, we had to charge you as our cleaning crew charged us for the extra work. We didn't even add on the $105 for the sheets you destroyed. (Standard Textile comfortwill) They were brand new, you took the pre-washed sheets out of the package to use and we got them back with a huge tear in them, I sent you the picture. We have been hosting for a while and I am sorry it turned out this way but this is the very first time we have had to collect the damage deposit and hope it will be the last.
