Perfect location !! You will be close to literally everything! In a well establish neighborhood. Shopping, entertaining and dinning literally minutes away. The house is spacious with ample room. Two living areas with 65` and 55` 4K TVs. Blazing fast internet and desk area. Plenty of seating areas. Fireplace.
Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom.
Perfect for work or pleasure visit. Kitchen well stocked with essentials if you like to prepare meals.

This house has two separate living areas. One living area has a desk and chair for remote work if needed. Large fenced yard with seating area.

The neighborhood is centrally located and mature trees in the area. Walking distance to shopping and dining if desired.

Close to walk to shopping and dinning in the South Broadway area but car necessary for further places.

Really great stay

The house was located in a good neighborhood, near a school, otherwise relatively quiet. The house is clean, well maintained, and well-provisioned. There is tons of room and it's generally well laid out for a short trip.

Great Tyler Property

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The double family room was perfect for adult vs kid tv/play time and the space was very welcoming.

Great house for family visit!

My out- of-town family members stayed in this lovely house during the holidays. It was conveniently located close to stores and restaurants. The property’s manager was easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions. We will definitely consider renting again.

Comfortable house

Our family of 7 was in town overnight for a family birthday. So glad we found this house! Located in a nice neighborhood. Well laid out house with good beds and the softest linens! Very clean with all amenities listed. Will definitely stay again.

Our family stayed here while we are in the process of house hunting to move here. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the house is. Nicely updated, decorated and clean. Everything was thoughtfully done in preparation for guests. Communication, information about stay was informative and timely.

Tyler Family Reunion

We are so pleased with this house. It is beautiful and central to everything in the area. The rooms are spacious and we were so comfortable. There is a nice yard and patio in the back. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was easy to book and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. If you need a place in Tyler I highly recommend this house.

Clean & comfortable

All the things one needs for a comfortable stay are here, new & clean & ample. The home has been freshly renovated and is very spacious. It seems to be just entered into the owner rented market because there are very few extras that would appeal to families with children, but it met our needs & had many beds to spare. Great location in a very safe part of Tyler.

Eclipse Trip and Family Reunion

Convenient, clean, roomy home in a quiet neighborhood! A perfect location for us to enjoy seeing each other as well as view the amazing total eclipse on April 8. Host was extremely helpful and prompt to correct our initial check-in problem with combo to home. He stopped by soon thereafter to ensure all was ok. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a larger size home in Tyler.

Great Location

This property is a great location! We easily zipped around to Tyler for our different activities. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the over grown lawn. I double checked to see if I had the right address. I reach out to the owner who explained he had increased the sprinkler to help with the dry patches due to our hot summer. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The mattresses were very comfortable too! The kitchen had all amenities, but was lacking larger bowls and/or casserole dishes for serving. Overall, the home met our needs for our weekend in Tyler. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Sleeps 10, bathes 4

This house is nice and roomy and could probably sleep more than 10, but only if only 4 of them want to shower. I guess you could warn people that they need to space out showering : 4 in the morning, 3 or 4 in the evening and 3 or 4 in the middle of the day. The 5th and higher had to face a cold shower this morning. Very disappointing!

Thank you for your review and feedback. As you can read from my previous reviews we never had an issue with hot water keeping up with demand. Your stay did fall during the very unusual and prolonged below freezing temps in Texas, where many water lines were completely frozen. We did prepared and we did not have any frozen/bursts pipes like many unfortunately did around the neighborhood. I did not hear from you that there was an issue or I would have send maintenance to adjust the temp settings in the water heater. I am making sure we adjust for any future cold snaps and will monitor to make sure all future stays do not experience any deficiency. Thank you for your stay and I hope you and your guesst have a happy holidays.

We absolutely loved staying in this home for Rose Festival this year - it was a great, safe location with easy access to all of the festivities. The home is nicely updated and we very much enjoyed our stay!
