Beautifully Updated 3 Bedroom in East Village - CS335

Your Copper Mountain getaway begins in this beautifully remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in Copper Springs Lodge. Situated in Copper's East Village, Copper Springs is just a stone's throw from the 6 person, Super Bee lift that will whisk you up the mountain in no time flat. The building is full of amenities to make your stay fun and comfortable including elevators, ski lockers, 2 large capacity brand new, recently installed outdoor hot tubs, sauna, laundry facilities, lobby area complete with foosball and new pool table, updated fitness room and underground parking garage. Please note the building common areas including lobby, fitness room and hot tubs were remodeled in 2021. Shuttle stops for other parts of the resort or other areas of Summit County are right outside the building.

Unit 335 was completely remodeled in the fall of 2021. When you enter the property you are greeted by the upscale kitchen with tons of counter space and seating for all. From there, walk through to the living room with a large wall mounted television and gas fireplace to watch the game or catch up with old friends. A recliner has been added to join the couch. Check out the spectacular view from the balcony where you can watch the skiers come down the hill and plan your next adventure.

When it's time to retire for the evening, you'll find plenty of bedding options in this rare, 3 bedroom slopeside condo. The master bedroom comes with a King bed, wall mounted TV and en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with an en-suite bath and wall mounted TV. The third has a Twin over Queen bunk and wall mounted TV. Two more people can comfortably sleep in the living area on the Queen sized sofa sleeper. All of the bedrooms as well as the front entry contain built in shelves and ample closet space for all of your belongings. Please note: This property comes with one parking space in the attached garage. Additional vehicles can be parked in the North Alpine Lot for $20 per night.

Excellent location, short walk to lift. Comfortable for 4 adults with an excellent view. Garage parking, ski lockers, well supplied kitchen etc.

Heat an keys did not work. Two important things. Also, only one parking pass for an 8 person condo. Additional overflow parking costs should be covered for at least one additional vehicle. Rental agreements seem to be one sided in favor of the rental agency who is not accountable for anything. Also, there is no grace period for changing or modifying/canceling booking, there should be a 24hr grace period to allow for changes.

Hi Paul, Thank you for your review although I have to say it's pretty sad that you have to put down the property because you wanted to cancel an additional night that you booked. We do have a 24 hour grace period for changes but you booked the additional night 3 weeks prior. Beyond that there were no problems with the keys nor the heat, both were working fine. It's true that one car is allowed to park in the parking garage per property. This is a Copper Mountain rule, not a Bighorn Rentals rule and we have no control over it, although we did disclose this rule to you before you made the reservation.
