Solid 7…Generally a Nice Property, clean and well maintained, but the place has quite a few miles on it and it’s quickly evident in the bathrooms and common areas.Also very much a resort, dint stay if you want to experience authentic culture.

Spring Break 2025

Loved the location of Harborside. Had access to all Atlantis had to offer with the ability to come home to a peaceful oasis. Walked each morning and night along the harbor and was in awe of the jaw dropping yachts. It was a pricey vacation for sure, but an experience we won't soon forget.

Great Spot!

The lockout rooms were perfect for my wife and I and my son and his 2 buddies. Easy room had its own kitchen which was great. Harborside is a little quieter than other areas in Atlantis but still close to all the action and activities with easy access via a short walk or shuttle bus. Highly recommend!

Vacation in Paradise

Family of 6, four adults and two kids (5 and 9). Spent a week there and everything was as advertised. The facility was very nice and the two connecting rooms were perfect, each was a separate space with two kitchens, two full bathroom spaces ( fully equipped ) and two TVs in each. Heating and air conditioning, with two ceiling fans in each space, worked fine. The zero entry pool was huge.Outdoor space was very nice. Harborside is right on the water with excellent views. The facility is right next to Marina village with some shopping and a lot of restaurants. The walk to the Atlantis hotel was about 10 minutes at most ( a stroll), but the bus transportation system (within the premises) is so quick and available, you would be satisfied just using that. Have to thoroughly recommend this place. In addition, the staff to a person was extremely cordial and available.

Amazing family trip!

Staying at Harborside was perfect for our family. Quiet and comfortable for our family of 4, but close to the action at Atlantis. Just a short 10-15 min walk to the waterpark. Loved seeing the beautiful yacht in the harbor, enjoyed the delicious restaurants.

Perfect set up

We couldn’t have been happier with the overall property and location. It was so nice to be able to buy groceries. Albeit still expensive, we were able to eat several meals at the house mostly breakfast and happy hour snacks/drinks, which definitely saved because the food at Atlantis is outrageous. Every dinner was over 400. The unit was perfect with plenty of sleeping space for 6. 8 would be tight. Only complaint is during check-in we were told maximum of four people per rental on the Wi-Fi, for 25 per day which was a challenge all week, but we made it work so if one person jumped on somebody else got off. We were also told lobbies were complementary. However, upon checkout, we were charged 25 two times per day, and they refused to back out the second 25 charge per day, even though only four of us could be on the Wi-Fi at one time. That issue is more of a resort issue. We were lucky it wasn’t super crowded so we got a great view as well. Not sure what we would’ve happened if we went the following week when it was much busier.

Family spring break

This resort was perfect for us. We had a problem at first when we checked in with the view from our balcony ...it was that of a utility wall covering. The front desk did a great job of allowing us to move to another room even though we traveled during a very busy spring break period. We had a two bedroom lockout and it was perfect for our two families. My Daughters family stayed in the larger unit and was able to fit a crib and a blow up toddler bed in the bedroom. It was great having the room for the two kids..ages 1 and 2 to move around. The pool was perfect for us. We went over to the water park everyday but not until after the cruise ships left so in the morning we enjoyed spending quiet time with the littles by the harbor side pool, Everyone was so nice and all the restaurants we ate at were great. we did playtime with the dolphins and our 2 year old grandson LOVED it. He was treated so wonderfully and they were very patient with his interaction. I would definitely go back agian and do recommend it to families or small groups.

Excellent Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! There are shuttles every 10-15 minutes, but we enjoy walking! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the water slides, but the views are great!! There is a small store inside of the Harborside lobby that has everything you could need!! Property was clean, spacious and perfect for a family. There is so much to see and do, we can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed the stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was great having the washer and dryers and the kitchen. I would say the only downsides were that the Harborside restaurant was closed. Also the hotel is dated and could use some renovation but honestly it would need a complete makeover. I was expecting the dated property because of previous reviews so it didn’t bother me. We took the shuttle to get to the other properties but after the first day we found out we enjoyed walking the path along the marina and we didn’t take the shuttle. Thank you for your quick responses leading up to the stay.

Nice getaway

Wonderful place, we did not need to leave Atlantis at all. The walk to the hotel and beach is a little far but doable.

Graduation present

We have stayed here before and came back again at the request of my son for his high school graduation present. Rooms are always clean amd staff are extremely friendly. Awesome trip once again. We will definitely stay here in thw future.

What a wonderful place…

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment. We’d booked is as a 2 bed 2 bath. What we got was adjoining rooms configured with one ‘apartment! That had a full kitchen, living and dining area, large bathroom facilities, a separate bedroom and lovely balcony we could sit outside on to enjoy super yacht watching. The adjoining room was a one bedroom with a kitchenette, small dining table and a sleeper sofa. It worked out really well as out two adult daughters stayed in that room and we, the parents, took the larger unit. The complimentary shuttle was really welcome at particularly hot times of the day but we walked most of the time over to Atlantis where we had full privileges because we were staying at Harbourside. The one thing we figured out was that Harbourside was much less chaotic that the hotels at Atlantis which can be a zoo so we would definitely stay here again and enjoy the best of both worlds. We loved it and can’t wait to return!!

Perfect for our family of 10. 3 bdrm lock off. Amazing pool, friendly staff. Ordering from Food 2 Go was perfect. Lots of shuttle buses to get to other Atlantis sites. Only complaint was that it took very long to get extra room amenities delivered.

Our group of 10 had a 2bdrm with adjoining 1 bdrm and it was perfect. Best pool I have ever seen. Marina walk with shopping and dining next door. Lots of shuttles to various Atlantis sites. Friendly staff. Only complaint was the time it took to have extra room amenities delivered to room. Highly recommend the Harborside.

Atlantis review - Harborside

The resort was wonderful. It was nice to stay in a beautiful, fully furnished condo (with in unit laundry!!) rather than a hotel room for our vacation. The short walk to Atlantis did not pose a problem as sometimes we walked and sometimes we took the readily available shuttle. The evening stroll past the enormous yachts in the harbor was amazing. The resort was run like a hotel with maid service daily, which was nice. We took a 'cab' (actually a luxury town car) across the bridge into Nassau to grocery shop. The driver waited for us while we loaded up, saving a lot of money on meals. I would highly recommend this resort, and, based on the fun we had at Atlantis, we will be back! ENJOY

Great Option for Family of 4 or more.

There is nothing negative to say about the Harborside resort at Atlantis. Having stayed in the Towers, Cove, and Harborside, I can attest that each one has advantages. Harborside was removed from the main resort area and required a shuttle or 15 minute walk to get back and forth. However, the resort has its own pool area equipped with recreational activities, restaurant, and live entertainment. The pool area was where we spent half our time which was a nice quiet reprieve from the crowds and noise at the main hotel waterpark. Our room was fully equipped with a kitchen, dining room, and lounge and easily accommodated our family of 5. The staff were typical Atlantis staff, very friendly and helpful. We stopped at the grocery store on the way to the resort which allowed us to eat some meals and snacks in our room.

Great Resort

Had a great time at the Atlantis. Staying at Harborside is the way to go. Being able to eat breakfast in every morning and some additional meals was wonderful. Condo was large enough for our family of five.
