This bright and beautifully furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 9th & top floor of a well-maintained building with lift access, in the lively 20th arrondissement of Paris. With a thoughtfully designed space, and a private terrace offering sweeping city views, it’s the perfect home for up to 4 guests.

The cozy living room welcomes you with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, lovely indoor plants, and tasteful decorative touches, creating a warm and inviting space to unwind. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer easy access to the terrace, making the room feel bright and airy.

There are two fully furnished bedrooms, each with direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and its own TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The second bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed, a dedicated work area with a desk, and an ensuite bathroom—ideal for guests or remote work. It, too, is air-conditioned for added comfort.

The main bathroom is spacious and modern, offering both a bathtub and a walk-in shower for your convenience. There is also a separate WC for added privacy and functionality.

The dining area is fully furnished and provides a comfortable setting to enjoy meals together, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a long dinner with friends.

The fully functioning kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances, including a hob, oven, utensils and other basic amenities—making home cooking easy and enjoyable.
