Hermoso y bien equipado condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos en una calle de un carril desde la base de la montaña y el elevador (puede tomarle dos minutos caminar hasta el elevador # 7). Impresionantes y preciosas vistas a la montaña a través de dos enormes ventanales que dan al sur y al oeste. Este es un condominio de luz y aireado. Cinco minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad histórica de Telluride con toneladas de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y proveedores. Dos minutos a pie de una tienda de abarrotes bien surtida con muchos productos orgánicos y gourmet. Plaza de aparcamiento cubierta, local de esquí, jacuzzi compartido (solo en invierno) y conexión a Internet de alta velocidad incluida. El condominio está justo al otro lado de la calle del río San Miguel, que es un sendero para caminar, andar en bicicleta y esquí de fondo que recorre kilómetros hacia arriba y hacia abajo del valle. Perfect Ski Trip!

Telluride is a magical place! The condo was perfect for our family! Excellent location, conveniently located across the street from the bus stop and close to Lift 7 and walking distance to several restaurants and the grocery store. The condo was clean and well stocked for cooking. The owner was incredibly prompt with his responses and went above and beyond with recommendations to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

Great stay

The location of this Condo was perfect. It was as close to ski in ski out as possible without being on the mountain. A quick walk across the street and you were at the lift. Local shuttle picks up right across the street as well. We found it a great way to travel around Telluride. Hosts were very helpful with suggestions and very responsive. Internet was able to support our remote work needs with no problems.

Within 5 minutes walk from Chair 7

We concur with all the favorable recommendations about this place. Very communicative owner, great location less than a five minute, level walk to lift 7. Free town bus stop just across the street. Maybe a negative for some folks is that there's no elevator. The condo is up two flights of stairs.We had a group of six adult singles and needed to use the trundle bed. There's not much room for it in the bedroom so we moved the mattress downstairs. Overall, this is a great place and we'd be happy to stay there again.

Our family of seven adults fit perfectly into this Condo, which was just as described in the listing and reviews. Henry was a delight—kind, helpful, responsive and truly interested in our having a good stay. The best host/owner I’ve interacted with in our 20 years of VRBO experience. The condo was clean and the location was great! We cooked a lot, including baking Christmas cookies, and found everything g we needed between the well-stocked property and the super convenient Clark’s Market. An excellent stay!

Skiing in Telluride

Location is across from Lift 7 and an easy walk to downtown. While there were a couple of minor issues upon arrival (e.g. bad cable/internet modem), the owner immediately and quickly had them rectified. I would recommend to anyone.

Perfect location in Old Town Telluride

We came for a music festival and loved the location, just a couple blocks from Main street's shops and restaurants and a 10 minutes walk from the festival grounds.

Lovely Family Condo in Telluride

This condo was perfect for our 5-member family. We loved the views from the den, the walking distance to town, and the sound of the river nearby. The condo was well-stocked and clean. The owner went out of his way to give thorough instructions and make everything comfortable for our stay.

Location,Location, Location!

We loved the location and amenities. The condo needs cosmetic upgrading, but the space was well equipped and roomier than expected. Parking was fabulous. Proximity to lift and rentals was awesome. We loved the small crowd in Telluride. We almost felt like no one was there in that part of town.

Fun in telluride

Great condo. Walking distance from gondola or lift 7, or can take galloping goose city bus to gondola or other parts of town. Plenty of room for the 5 of us to have space. Owner very responsive to questions. This condo suited our needs of providing a clean, warm place to stay while skiing and snowboarding all day with family. Thank you for a great time!

Perfect Location, Great Home

This place was the perfect size for our group of 5 adults to enjoy a ski week in Telluride, and we barely needed a car given the perfect location. The hosts were among the best we’ve ever had, and were very communicative and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Great Location

The condo is walking distance to the restaurants in town. Chair 7 and the gondola are both an easy walk. Great location. Was very clean and comfortable for guys skiing trip. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Very short walk to lift #7. We walked downtown to restaurants which was nice but there is a convenient bus if you prefer. The host was easy to reach and 100% reliable in helping us with any questions that came up. Highly recommend!

Special birthday New Years weekend

We love the condo. It was absolutely perfect for our group. We were very pleased with everything….it was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, games, books. A very convenient location to walk anywhere and shuttle bus was right across the street. The owner was quick to answer any questions and went out if his way to take care of anything. The view from the condo is outstanding! Highly recommended!

Four adults stayed for Blues and Brews festival. Excellent location in town. Walked to everything. Owners were super communicative and helpful. The place was comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty low quality, 4th floor w 7 beds, too warm & noisy

Open,livingrm window seat unsafe for children.Only living window that opens except small kitchen window. High temps in 80's,townspeople said not unusual.Windows open=lotsof street noise/bugs.Lowend dormitoryfeel. Needs paint/carpet cleaning everywhere. Woodwork & doors banged up throughout. Majority lampshades stained,filthy,broken.Queen bath filthy grout at sink and flooring.Filthy handprint stains on unusuable, shot,lumpy-cushioned sectional,not fit for Goodwill. Ottomans w/ large, bleached-out stains.Kitchen cupboards longtime-grimy,wood handles.Futon caked-on dirt.Largewindow in twinroom too bright!Unusable shade scrunched on sill,someone tried packingtape to rehang.Disheveled bookcase/games. Not cleaned on arrival at 6 pm.Owner promised to pay for dinner while cleaning.We all said we don't want dinner, we want the night comped.Owner said he would comp WHATEVER nights we thought were fair,discuss in morning, please go to dinner,on him.Went for pizza.After cleaning completed at 9:20,dirty sheets discovered. Master bed occupants removed sheets, slept on towels.Daughter w toddler planned to sleep on twinbed/toddler in trundle.Discovered dirty twinsheets, Tried to sleep with toddler intrundle.We discovered in am,we slept on dirty sheets!Lights were out when we got in bed,due to unscreened,queenbed,french doors,only way to cool upstairs.Lugged luggage till10pm,MIDNIGHT OUR TIME,up4flights. After sheet fiasco,owner decides to comp dinner&cleaningfee,less than night's stay!

Location is everything!

If I could give the location and the communication with the owners more stars, I would. It was our first time to Telluride for a family wedding. It was a great walkable town, but when we were dressed up or wanted to get someplace quicker, the shuttle was literally right across the street, and the gondola in town was just a couple blocks away. Comfy beds; hot, powerful showers; relaxing hot tub; a killer view - what more could you want? We hope to get back there someday (especially during ski season!)
