Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. Just minutes away from Naples, upscale shopping, wildlife trails, chartered fishing, and Everglades National Park, the adventures are plentiful. Marriott's Crystal Shores resort offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort offers direct beach access, heated pools, a whirlpool and a waterslide.

We keep coming back to Marco Crystal Shores

My family has a long history of vacationing in Marco Island, and staying at Marriott Crystal Shores. The high price will keep us from visiting as often as we would, but we love the area and the accommodations. We will return.

Marco 2025

This is our third time staying at this resort. We love the convenience of the location being so close to many wonderful restaurants. The pools and workout rooms are very clean and spacious, too. Our only disappointment is the uncomfortable furniture in each of the condos. They are not comfortable at all to lay on after a day on the beach. We hope one day the resort will purchase new pieces. I am sure we will be back next year. It is always a beautiful place to return to.

Nice weekend

Our stay was nice and relaxed. The only cons we have are: -One of the bathrooms smelled urine when we arrived. -The beach chairs are too old and uncomfortable. -This apartment needs TLC. We have stayed in the property before and the other apartment was in much better condition.

Worth it and very enjoyable

Our family of five enjoyed this resort over Spring Break 2015. What a wonderful property. Favorites: Pool, clean room, enormous balcony (best part with amazing sunsets), game area on ground level. We were there during construction and it was not distracting, although parking was tough. The beach is long and inviting, but it is not soft sand due to the shells. Our kids loved the shells! We've been to many Marriott properties and this was wonderful - will go back. Drawback are drinks and food at the pool restaurant were very expensive - we just made our own instead!

Marco Island getaway

The property itself and all of those that work there were 5 star. However, the booking process with the owner and their property manager was the worst I have experienced. It took nearly 3 weeks from the time I booked and paid for reservation to final confirmation of the stay by the property manager and the people at the Marriott. And it would have been nice had the owner informed us that the unit was reserved for 7 days so we could have expended our stay by 2 days at no extra cost.

Great Getaway!

We had not stayed at a vacation club property before. This was wonderful. Villa was great and spacious. 2nd room actually had two beds which was great for the kids. Staff was friendly and service was great. Watersports were fun. Saturday check in was a bit chaotic. Overall great vacation!

Excellent stay!

The staff was courteous. The lobby smelled AMAZING! Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The snack bar had essentials we left. The fitness center was perfect. Good equipment. The only drawback was the advertisement of Starbucks on site. I was thinking there would be an actual small version of the cafe when it was only a fountain type option that didn't work the entire week and it didn't look like they had any plans on fixing it anytime soon. I guess that's my fault for misinterpreting "We proudly serve Starbucks" . Other than that the resort was a hit with the family.

Pleasantly Surprised Lux Feel

We had no idea what to expect upon arrival for our vacation. We had never booked a villa/timeshare at a hotel resort prior. I would have to say our experience was awesome. The room was nicely furnished, large, well appointed, and clean. The amenities at the hotel were everything we needed for our family with teens to young adult; 3 pools/hot tubs, water slide, right on the ocean, nice workout facility, pool & ping-pong tables, restaurants, planned activities for all ages, a nice luxury feel to the place. Our so-called Islandview still had a nice view of the ocean off to the left. We were within walking distance to great restaurants and activities. The hotel staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. Bottom line, loved having the convenience of a condo (kitchen, multiple bedrooms) with the amenities of a resort hotel. Would definitely do this again in the future!

Fabulous property and staff

Spent a week in March and had a great time at Crystal Shores. Updated property with very clean and up kept facilities. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Lots of activities as part of the resort kept kids happy. A little expensive compared to other properties in the area but sometimes you get what you pay for. Would definitely stay again!

wonderful location and room

WE thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Marco Island. Our room was plenty big enough for our family of 6 (5 adults and 1 teenager). Loved that the room had all of the extras like dishwasher (with soap) washer and dryer, table for 8 as well as very nice cookware and dishes and glasses. Pool water was warm (especially for us new Englanders) but I don't know if that can be adjusted except that the pools at the deepest were only 4 ft if that...despite that, there were many games/activities to play outside of the pool. We never had trouble finding chairs at the pool.
