Spacious & Clean - Highly Recommend!

Spacious house with a beautiful view in a peaceful golf & lake community. Great area to walk, bike, etc. Probably the most generous & well-stocked rental in which we’ve ever stayed. If you’re looking for minimalist modern accommodations, this might not be for you. However, if you’re looking for a very comfortable & very clean house on one level, this is the perfect property. We will definitely return the next time we’re in the Sanford area!

If you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful get away this property was just that. Very clean, spacious, peaceful and cozy along with beautiful scenery from the back deck. Check in and check out process was super easy and property owner answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Hoping it is available next year for our annual Carolina trip!! Great place to stay!!

This was a Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. The host was prompt to respond to all questions before and during our stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more. We were visiting family in the area and enjoyed our stay there after a long trip to NC from IL.

Property had everything we needed to maintain our normal life. The property owner is very nice.

A home away from home

The house was very clean and has a good layout for the 3 bedrooms and allowed everyone to have their own space. The view is peaceful and the location is very quiet. The homeowners were very kind, responsive and supportive! I can’t thank them enough for their accommodations.

So relaxing and enjoyable.

The check-in process was flawless. The cleanliness was impeccable. This home is so relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was absolutely perfect. I travel a lot and stay at several places the minute we walked in it felt like home. The attention to detail is seen in every room. Polina was very pleasant and friendly. Not one detail was overlooked.

The Perfect Home Away!

What a lovely property! The house is in a beautiful gated community with lakes and woods and a golf course. It is nearby the business district of Sanford making shopping easy. The house itself is perfect for a peaceful vacation. Large, well decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of closet space. 3 bathrooms. Large tvs and a huge deck with grill. Sunroom for lounging. Excellent air conditioning. The housekeeping was impeccable! Every room was immaculate. This truly is a perfect home away from home. Thank - you Polina for maintaining such a welcoming rental.

Perfect for Wedding Guests

I choose this house because it is in our neighborhood. I put the florist for my wedding here. I was able to have all the flowers delivered to my house and brought them over to this house for my florist from out of state to do all the arrangements. It was perfect. Plenty of space for the 3 people. The host was super responsive when we asked about garage access. I would use this accommodation again. My only thought would be to mark the driveway a little better. It is a sort of shared driveway and hard to see in the dark.

Perfect Cozy Spot and an Angel of a Host!

We evacuated from Florida and Hurricane Milton and quickly booked this property without much research. We called the host right after booking to make sure our late arrival wouldn't be an issue. The host picked up the phone call right away! She was gracious and efficient and was able to add that night to our stay as well since we were arriving at 3AM! I text her on the way to confirm that there would be a guard at the gate that late. She replied right away and eased our worries. We arrived around 3AM to a cozy and serene property. This home is straight out of the 90s but in a nostalgic and cozy way. Everything is clean. There are plenty of supplies. Lots of towels. The next day we ventured to the grocery store and found that Sanford, NC has everything you could need minutes outside of the neighborhood. Our kids absolutely loved the backyard. We really enjoyed the bright sunroom and having breakfast at the table with windows that let in beautiful lighting. The neighborhood itself is dreamy to drive through with lakes and other well-maintained properties. We are so grateful we landed upon this property and had no issues there for our surprise 6-night evacuation vacation. Again, so grateful to have such a responsive host. The stay was perfect and we would not hesitate to book again should we be needing to stay in the area. Thank you, Polina!

Great weekend

We went to visit our son and his family in nearby Sanford. The home was spacious enough for a crawling baby and it was very clean. We had a problem with the A/C and the owner promptly responded and walked me through how to reset the thermostat. So it was a great weekend!
