On one level, it features a lovely 35 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room (with Italian shower) and a garden of over 600 m². The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with extendable dining table and TV (Smart TV)/sound bar/bluetooth speaker, sofas and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, combined microwave oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo and filter coffee makers...
- Bedroom 1: One queen-size double bed (160x200) separable into 2 twin beds
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 4: One bunk bed for three people (two single bunk beds and one pull-out bed, 80x190), for children only
- Bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Board games and books are also available.

Exterior:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Palais, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, cinema, media library...

Activities:
- Take part in a treasure hunt to discover the rich architectural heritage of the former capital of Basse-Navarre.
- Visit the Basse-Navarre Museum and the Espace culturel Bideak, with its garden and monumental 50-metre fresco.
- Take advantage of the many sports facilities: frontons, swimming pools with slides, tennis courts, padel, climbing, playground and pumptrack / skatepark....
- Stroll along the rivers, or go fishing, kayaking or rafting on the surrounding gaves.
- Hike or cycle to the Col d'Osquich and Col d'Iraty, following the paths of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot (spaces for up to 3 vehicles).

- Nearest airports: Biarritz-Parme or Pau, 50 min drive
