This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland and a short walk to the beach, the Boardwalk and other popular attractions (Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf, and restaurants). Retreat to a beautifully decorated home that features high end appliances and furniture/mattresses, and a fully equipped kitchen for a master chef. This spacious house has 2 balconies with bay views, 2 car parking garage with community and street parking, and a gated outdoor community pool.

This house is exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect family vacation spot. Close to restaurants and the beach. We watched the sunsets from the balconies as well. We loved our stay.

Such a short walk to the beach, and close to Dunkin. My favorite part of the house was the balcony - we sat out and watched the sky during the sunset. It was very clean, the kitchen seemed new, and there were ample towels! Great set up for a little family get away.

Beautiful, well equipped spacious townhome. Home felt brand new. Loved the location, close to the boardwalk and beach and kids able to go fishing in the bay at the end of the street. Great communication. Would stay there again.

Great house in a great location

The house was exactly as advertised. The location was right in the heart of Ocean City in walking distance to most of the activities and bars/restaurants. The house was clean and had plenty of room for a large group. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

The best rental we’ve experienced

Super new, clean, well located, large, mostly good mattresses though half were soft for our taste but good quality, well appointed, good responsive host. Hope to return soon!

Great stay- beautiful home

Beautiful, clean property with all amenities and plenty of space. We are a teen Girl Scout Troop of 8 girls and 2 adults. The girls spent their hard earned cookie reward money to book this house to spend the weekend at the beach. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted- great location! We had a great time and loved the house.

Beautiful home away from home

Very clean and spacious. I did not need to contact management since there were no issues with the property. Kitchen was well supplied. Keypad entry to house and garage was appreciated. Location was great!

Property was new and clean. It was awesome having a garage and great location. The only 2 minor negatives were the low rent motel next door and not quite enough towels. Property manager very responsive.

Nice beach getaway

We had a great experience staying at Jennie’s place. The property was new and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The stairs had a baby gate, helpful w young kids. The kitchen had mostly everything you’d need, not many spices. It’s a few blocks from the beach, it would be super helpful if the house had a wagon for the renters to use. We ended up driving to the beach and parking since we had so much stuff for the kids. Will definitely book again. I loved the convenience of having an entire house rather than being stuck in a hotel room.

Senior Week

My friends and I rented this house for senior week and we had such a good time! Compared to our friends who paid roughly the same amount, this house was clean and modern. All the appliances and furniture was brand new and easy to use. We appreciate the owner for reaching out and making sure everything was okay. We were a bit far from our friends but the bus system made it easy to get to different streets. I would definitely rent this house again next time i’m in OCMD!

Amazing Fall Weekend

The property was in a great location with bay and ocean views. Within walking distance to a cute coffee shop and many restaurants and bars. Very clean and well equipped with anything you need for an amazing stay. Beds and linens were super comfy! Will definitely visit again!
