Esta casa de vacaciones de 210 m² de diseño abierto mima a hasta 8 vacacionistas con una generosa cantidad de espacio gracias a sus 4 dormitorios, un baño en cada piso y amplias salas de estar.

Desde dos de las habitaciones se puede llegar directamente a la terraza superior con una vista fantástica del verde mágico. Las terrazas con asientos invitan a relajarse y descansar.

El centro de la ciudad mediterránea te invita a pasear y relajarte. Allí encontrará todo lo que necesita para la vida cotidiana (carnicería, panadería, farmacia, información turística, restaurantes, etc.).

El famoso jardín Terra Nostra con sus piscinas termales y las famosas piscinas de baño al aire libre de Poca da Dona Beija se encuentran a poca distancia a pie de la Villa Magia Verde.

El lago de Furnas, el campo de golf y la playa de Ribeira Quente se encuentran a poca distancia en coche.

This is a lovely property close to the Furnas volcanic pools and steam baths, that is very comfortable and well equipped. The back deck with jacuzzi has beautiful views of lush green hills. The hosts were communicative and responsive. High marks all around!

A Gem

Beautiful 2-story home with a terrific. We are a family of five with three young adult children. There was plenty of room for everyone and it is within easy walking distance to downtown. The hosts were gracious and exceptional. We highly recommend this rental property. Everyone loved it.

Beautiful home in Furnas with everything you need!

This property is excellent! Prime location, wonderful communication and easy access. The hosts go over the top to make sure you have everything you need before your stay and were communicative the entire time. Ample amenities, especially for touring the area. Spacious and luxurious backyards and patios. Excellent stay!

Super host +house with amazing view

We had a great stay in Azores. The host is super: responsive, considerate, and kind. They were so accommodating and responded to inquires within minutes. The house is child friendly, spacious, and have a great view. They also grow own passion fruit, figs, bananas and citrus. We were able to enjoy them during our stay. Such an amazing place and would consider coming back to their place.

Amazing haven in Furnas

We have just returned from an incredible trip to the Azores. We stayed in Villa Magia after finding in on VRBO. The pictures do not do this house justice, it is far better in real life! So well equipped with everything we needed, beach mats, cool bag, parasols etc. The kitchen was also well furnished with cooking utensils, coffee machine, ice maker etc. The views from both verandas are awe inspiring. I think you would never tire of looking at them. Just so relaxing. Furnas was a good place to base ourselves and there are a few restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I really hope we will return here one day and don't hesitate to recommend it.

Fell the "Magic" at the Villa Magia Verde

We had a wonderful time at Karin and Noel's place. Everything you need is there. This picturesque setting allowed us to just sit and enjoy the surrounding flora and topography each morning and evening. The Location is excellent for Visiting the whole island with small day trips. We spent several days in Furnas enjoying the food, attractions and sites. One night, the side lot was parked up when we returned, but, no worries, they even have a garage for your car. We are already thinking about coming again and bringing other family members. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a king bed. The washing machine and dryer came in very handy. The owner's are very easy to work with and their local help is friendly and very helpful. Being VRBO owners ourselves helped us to appreciate our stay even more! Thank you Karin and Noel. Das Haus bietet einen unverbauten Blick auf grüne Wiesen, Wälder und Berge. Hoghlight ist die Palme, die vielerlei geschäftige Vögel beherbergt. Küchenutensilien sind umfassend vorhanden, die Messer sind scharf, die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam und schnell, wenn man was wissen will. Beide Bäder groß, gut und schön eingerichtet - besonders das obere: frisch renoviert. Alle acht Mitglieder unserer Rentnercombo empfehlen diese Villa vorbehaltlos.

Pretty retreat with amazing views. Nicely redone house. You could walk to town but we mostly drove. Kitchen well equipped and host left a nice welcome pack of fruit and snacks.

Unforgettable!

We had an amazing 12-days stay on Villa Magia Verde. For a party of 5 (3 adults, 2 small children) there was plenty of space, but at the same time we found the layout very convenient and child-friendly. We loved eating out on the veranda and enjoying the view of the valley below and the hills rising in the distance, viewing the changing weather: rainy and foggy one minute, sunny another. The quiet was usually interrupted only by the chirruping of birds and occasional cow mooing - a pastoral idyll. The house itself was very well provided, with a large kitchen, washer and dryer (so helpful for a long stay), various toys and games (note that most of those were in German), bathing supplies etc. The owners kindly provided a high chair and baby crib for our stay as well. The location itself was very convenient to explore the village of Furnas with its thermal springs, gardens and local restaurants, and a good jumping off point for excursions to the western and eastern parts of the island. We hope to be back one day!

Great place, great spot!

This place was perfect for my family get together on the island of Sao Miguel. We had 33 family members on the island and while only 7 of us actually stayed in the house, it was the perfect location and size for different family members to join for lunch or just stop in to say hi! The bedrooms were very spacious and clean as well as the bathrooms! The outdoor space was great for additional space and we spent most of our time in the house out there. This house was equipped with everything you could need and more. Tons of games and tour guides, umbrellas which were very helpful for our rainy stay! Also the housekeeper was very accommodating as during our stay we needed more laundry detergent and she was quick to come and help. If we ever find ourselves with as many people on the island again we will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Noel and Karin for sharing your beautiful home!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage auf den Azoren und nicht zuletzt aufgrund des herauragenden Ferienhauses. Spät am Abend wurden wir von der Housekeeperin sehr freundlich empfangen.Auch der kulinarische Willkommensgruß war sehr reizend .Es ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und wir alle fühlten uns sofort pudelwohl. die Ausstattung ist perfekt durchdacht und versorgt die Gäste mit allem was sie brauchen. Die schöne Lage in Furnas hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

A gorgeous house with magical views

Beautiful place in a gorgeous part of the island

The house has everything one could want for a carefree vacation. Clean. Everything works just as promised. Caretaker lives just up the street. Walking distance to everything in town but views of green countryside just behind the back patios.

The home is nice and large with beautiful views. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. We found the beds to be a little uncomfortable. The reason for four stars is the dogs that bark at all hours of the day and night, if it wasn’t for that our stay would have been perfect.

Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige plek

Wat een mooi onderkomen! Heel comfortabel, schoon, ruim, smaakvol en sfeervol ingericht. Veel oog voor details, heel compleet. Heerlijk welkomstpakket en leuke douchespulletjes gaven ons, samen met de vriendelijke ontvangst, meteen een welkom gevoel. In Furnas is al veel te zien en doen, maar ook de rest van het eiland is prima te bereiken en zeer de moeite waard. Kilometers hortensia's, serene kratermeren, prettige stranden, prachtige natuur. En na zo'n uitstapje op het terras genieten van de rust (slechts af en toe verstoord door wat erg enthousiast blaffende honden of een vleugje rotte eierenlucht ;)) en het fantastische uitzicht. We hebben hier, samen met onze drie tienerkinderen, erg genoten.

Das perfekte Haus

Herzlichen Dank für die Möglichkeit, in diesem schönen neuen Haus Urlaub erleben zu dürfen. Es glänzte vor Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch, in der Küche fehlte es an nichts.
