Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned cottage for rent in Solliès-Toucas, complete with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 20 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV and a sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: a Tassimo coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 1) and a single bed
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A 15 m² east-west-facing terrace with furniture and a sun lounger to enjoy sunny days.
- Shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, subject to weather conditions)
- A 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room), available for a fee, open from June to September
- A snack bar is available from May to September, serving fast food.

The cottage is ideally situated in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Walks in the Forêt des Maures: explore picturesque trails in the heart of a forest renowned for its cork oaks, waterfalls and streams
- Visit to the Château de Solliès-Pont, a 13th-century medieval castle offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains
- The Provençal market in Solliès-Toucas, perfect for discovering local flavours

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage’s private car park (1 car). Free parking is available within the estate.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Solliès-Pont, approximately 5 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, approximately 25 minutes’ drive away

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- A cot is available in the accommodation.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent at all times whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding (swimming pool/wellness area) and are subject to weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
