Come & enjoy the Gatlinburg Skyline & fabulous Mountain Views from this COMPLETELY renovated & truly unique 2BR/2BA Condo. It is hard to beat the location of this Condo, as it is just a short 5 minute walk to Downtown Gatlinburg & everything this Amazing place has to offer.

Relax & enjoy the fantastic views of the Smoky Mountains & the sites/sounds of the Gatlinburg Landscape from the covered deck. The Condo features-end finishes & includes all the comforts of home. We hope to see you soon!

- Bedroom 1 - King sized bed, Smart TV, Closet, connected and Spacious Bathroom with walk in shower.
- Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed, Smart TV, closet
- Bathroom #2 - Standard tub/shower
- Located at the "Laurel Inn" Condominium Complex

This is a perfect location to be secluded enough to enjoy the views but a quick walk to the strip. This is our second time staying here.

My husband and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary on this trip. We got married in Gatlinburg and have celebrated our anniversaries here ever since. We have stayed in hotels, cabins, and chalets. This is the first time we stayed in a condo. We wanted something close to the Parkway on this trip that had more amenities than a hotel, and this was perfect. The corner balcony provides a fantastic view, and the condo has all the amenities we needed. It was even decorated for Christmas, which we loved. We also had a special treat of being visited by what seems to be the resident bear who likes to hang out in the area of where the condo building is located. The host, Trevor, is very quick to respond when questions are asked. We highly recommend this condo. Thanks, Trevor!

We loved the accommodations! It was just a described & pictured. The pictures do make it look a little larger than it really is, but it was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We were within walking distance of the parkway. You could see the city lit up from the balcony. The unit is on the same level as parking so coming and going is a breeze.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean, cozy, and perfect for our sisters’ weekend. The host was very communicative, sending helpful messages and updates, and check-in was smooth and easy. The location was great—just a five-minute walk to the main strip. exactly as advertised. We’d definitely stay here again! I recommend visiting Anakeesta and Ober Mountain. Spectacular views!
Fall is the best time to visit!

Excellent condo in the heart of Gatlinburg! Perfectly located for walking to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The owner was incredibly easy to communicate with and super responsive both before and during our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable getaway!

Great location

We had a great time staying in this unit. It was a nice size for two adults and we really enjoyed the corner balcony. It was an easy walk to town and I would recommend taking the back stairs if you are planning to go on foot. There is a trolley pick up out the front door and down the street, which is also very convenient. There is a large parking lot in front of the building and it was nice not to have to stress about finding parking. The manager Trevor was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if we return for a visit.

Gret jumping off point for a weekend in the Smokies

This was a great place to start a weekend hiking trip into the Smokies. The unit was clean and reasonable walking distance from Gatlinburg's main drag. Would have appreciated some coffee in the morning.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

5 stars across the board! The property was nice, clean, and conveniently located. Booking, check in and check out were all a breeze. Host was courteous, responsive, and accommodating. Really appreciated that the property was seasonally decorated - very nice touch. It’s also rare to find a place that doesn’t request the guests do all the chores at checkout (garbage, strip the beds, etc.) so that was also stand out. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property for a weekend trip. It was as advertised. It was a short walk to town which we really liked. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Cute place

Condo is cute, quite small though which wasn’t apparent in the photos. The walls are thin, we could hear a lot of noise from the neighbors. I was disappointed there was a coffee maker but no coffee. Overall, we enjoyed our time.

Great experience

We really enjoyed staying at this condo ! Very clean place , close excess to downtown, close to the park . Beds are very comfortable to sleep, the kitchenette has everything we needed. Very nice condominium, it was very quiet, no road noises either !!! Definitely would choose it again !!

Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this condo to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we were pleased with all aspects of our stay. The home was very clean. I'm picky about bedding and mattresses, and I thought that both were perfect. beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised about the size of the balcony. In the photos, it looks smaller than it is in real life. There were 4 outdoor chairs, and the 4 of us spent a great deal of time there. It's great that this unit is on the end of the building. Consequently, the balcony is very private and the view of the mountains and town is excellent. I highly recommend this rental.
