Welcome to our charming apartment located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), offering a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travelers. In winter, a shuttle bus (stop nearby) takes you to the slopes located a few steps away. With two bunk beds (80x190), ideal for children.

Large terrace of 20 m², with double exposure, equipped with a table and chairs. Panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc range, the Cordon mountains and the Aravis.

The residence is located in a very quiet area, on the road to the slopes. All essential shops are nearby, as well as restaurants, bars, markets and shops.

The village of Cordon is a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive.
Combloux is a 10-minute drive away, with ski hire shops, souvenir shops and regional products.
Megève is a 15-minute drive away.
Chamonix 30 min drive

Transport and accessibility
Sallanches train station 15 minutes away (shuttle bus possible to village of Cordon).
Nearest airports: Annecy and Geneva.
Free parking possible in the parking lot of the residence (no assigned space).
