Cozy efficiency ONE large room ONE QUEEN bed apartment with kitchenette no oven.

1800's historical farmhouse on Route 50 with efficiency apartment. Very large fully stocked catch and release pond. Your own fire pit area. Next door to a wedding venue/ Pattison Lodge. We are also across street from Pattison park with a walking trail. Five minutes from StoneLick Golf Course. We are five minutes from Clermont County fairground. Minutes from Motorsports Country Club
Go-kart track.
US Hwy 50 goes all the way from the East to the West Coast and is a Route many take with adventures. The apartment use to be a Summer Kitchen in the 1800's - 1900's and just newly renovated but some original brick still exposed. NO PETS, NO SMOKING EXCEPT BY YOUR CAR. ONE QUEEN BED , can add additional bed in loft by request and extra payment… see listing for details.

kids not to walk around property without adult with them. Our pond is 30 ft deep, a lot of lability and we are so close to Hwy 50.

We recieved a warm welcome from Barb and Randall. They were friendly and helpful. The reason for our visit was not a happy one. They understood that and were sympathetic. The place is very small, but we had everthing we needed - especially these great hosts.

From check-in to check-out, the host/hostess were kind and helped with luggage and parking due to walker assistance. Their home, property and apartment grounds were well groomed, maintained and peaceful. What a relaxing week. Truly gentle way of life. We will put this on our list of return visits in the future. Hidden gem!

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay at this cozy studio situated on a beautiful farm! We were traveling for an event at Lake Harsha and this apartment was only about 15 minutes away from our event and perfect for two people. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I recommend this property!

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was very clean and welcoming. It was in a perfect spot for the reason for our visit. The owners thought of everything! Great communication and very Welcoming. Plan to stay again when we are back.

Stagecoach farm

If you want a cozy getaway from the big city, this is the perfect place. Just 38 minutes from the city, great place to relax, and even fish in the pond on the property. The owners were very nice and helpful, room was great for 2. We enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous property

We stayed at The Carriage House for the weekend, it was right next door to our Wedding Venue and the property is just beautiful! There is also a bridal suite that you can rent and a man cave for the guys! Barb and Randall are great! I seriously have too many complaints to even list! Don’t hesitate to stay with them! 💜

Enjoyed the location immensely! Convenient to Cincinnati and our home just in case an emergency arose. If you're near you must try the Flamingo bar & grill. Great burgers!!

Beautiful Property and welcoming Host

Barb and her husband were just terrific. They have a beautiful property close enough to essential places(coffee, food) but still makes you feel like you are on a quiet ranch. They are so welcoming and the guest house was spotless and the bed comfortable. Thank you again Barb!!

Randall and I love the peaceful Farm. We both were born and raised in Ohio and then moved to Tennessee for 26 years. We came back some years back to take care of parents. We love having events out here with friends and family. Hoping to host many things for the community as time goes. Randall and I have been married 35 years and have worked in ministires such as youth, kids, women, men and marriage mentoring. We both first off love the Lord and have dedicated this Farm to HIM.

We love being a part of the history of this 1800's farmhouse. We were drawn here for the barns and love using this property for family and friends entertaining. We hope to finish off the barns for other uses such as events.

Walking around this property in the back is like peace and tranquility or sitting on the porch swing enjoying the day! Great picnic spaces all over property. Catch and release large pond Fishing. Walking park over across street at Pattison Park. Events are done at Pattison Lodge also next to us. If your a golfer one of the #1 courses in Ohio (Stonelick Hills) 1.2 miles. Motorsports Country Club Go-kart track 3.2 miles
