A bedroom with double bed, reversible air conditioning and TV is also on this level, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. A staircase leads to the upper level (attention, staircase not recommended for young children). There you will find a second en suite bedroom with a desk and sofa, a shower room with toilet, and especially access to a SOUTH and EST exposed rooftop. This outdoor space is furnished with deckchairs, a high table and chairs, all with panoramic sea views. The small plus, a private garage in the basement is at your disposal.
