HOUSING



Upon arrival in your apartment you will find an entrance that opens onto a large living room with two sofas, a bright dining area giving access to a beautiful sea view terrace, and an open kitchen fully equipped with a large worktop.



A bedroom with double bed, reversible air conditioning and TV is also on this level, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.



A staircase leads to the upper level (attention, staircase not recommended for young children).



There you will find a second en suite bedroom with a desk and sofa, a shower room with toilet, and especially access to a SOUTH and EST exposed rooftop.



This outdoor space is furnished with deckchairs, a high table and chairs, all with panoramic sea views.



The small plus, a private garage in the basement is at your disposal.

From Nice airport: 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.

From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by foot.

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).

Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
