HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a luxury residence with elevator and swimming pool. An apartment crossing East-West, offering an open sea view from the entrance.
Arrival in the entrance that directly serves the living room: dining area for 6 people, sofa corner and smart TV, all bathed in light, with access to the terrace overlooking the swimming pool of the residence and opens onto the Mediterranean.
The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, is located on the west side and has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes.
The night corner, well separated, offers:
- A first bedroom on the west side, with queen size bed (160x200cm), fitted wardrobes, bathroom with toilet. It gives access to a small terrace with views of vegetation, and a sea escape.
- A second bedroom, king size bed (180x200cm), opening onto the large terrace and also enjoying a sea view as well as an adjoining shower room.
- An independent toilet completes the night space.
Each room is furnished with furniture, quality materials and a discreet decoration that gives way to the view and space.
Private parking in the basement is included.

From Nice airport: about 35 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car.

The apartment is located on the heights of Cannes, in the Font de Veyre district. A quiet, residential area, retreating from the hustle and bustle of the center while remaining very accessible.
- Midi beach: 7 minutes by car. A long sandy beach, lined with restaurants with feet in the water, ideal for quiet swimming and sunsets.
- Old Port of Cannes: 10 minutes by car. From there you can directly access the Croisette, the piers to the islands and the major demonstrations.
Forville Market: 8 minutes by car. A must place to discover fresh products, local specialities, cheeses, fruits and flowers.
- Suquet: 7 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk downhill. The old area of Cannes, with its cobblestone streets, restaurants and stunning views of the bay.
- Antibes Street: 12 minutes by car. Shops, shops and cafés en filade.
- Palais des Festivals et Congrès: 10 minutes by car. Hosts major events such as the Cannes Film Festival, MIPIM, Lions or the Advertising Festival.
- Lérins Islands: boarding at the Laubeuf wharf 12 minutes by car. 15 minutes crossing towards Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat.
