Gîte de "La Bauderie", in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards

Completely renovated in 2025, La Bauderie is a 150m² accommodation located on the first floor of a house in the village of Bussières (71960) in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards.
For 6 people, we wanted it to be warm, typical and aesthetic!
Mainly renovated and equipped by us and furnished with reuse, this gives it a uniqueness that matches what guests come to our region for: authenticity, conviviality, nature escapades and tastings... PGJyPg
Access to the cottage is via external stairs in the garden. You will find an entrance with adjoining toilets.

A glass roof offers you the view from a spacious dining area composed of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, Senseo filter and pod coffee maker, kettle,...) open to a dining area.

In the extension, you will access the very bright lounge area in which you will find some books and games, without TV.

A small staircase will lead you to the master bedroom with its office area, private bathroom (with a 90x110cm shower) and WC.

From the dining room, you will go upstairs to find a bathroom (with bathtub) which will be shared by two bedrooms.

A windowless bedroom with 2 single beds that can be glued together to make a double bed of 160x200cm.

The other bedroom with 2 single beds that can also be glued into a 160x200cm double bed.

We have just renovated this gîte and the exteriors. The grass has not yet grown, however, there is a private outdoor area with garden furniture.

A charging station for cars is available in the parking lot.
