Welcome to Casa Caribe, a breathtaking home located in a beautiful gated community just a short walk from the beach. This stunning property features panoramic water views, a huge community pool, and a tennis court, making it the perfect retreat for your group of up to 7 guests.
The open concept floor plan allows everyone to gather and enjoy time together, whether you’re watching TV, playing games, or simply gazing out at the tranquil waters. The high-end chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing meals or snacks, featuring gorgeous cabinetry, quartz countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge), and everything you’ll need for food prep. Dining for 4 is provided at the main table, and another 5 seats are available at the large breakfast bar.
The main floor, with its brand new carpets, features the king-sized primary bedroom, which boasts stunning water views and a luxurious closet setup. The en suite spa bath includes dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a large tiled walk-in shower for your relaxation.
On the other side of the house, you’ll find a queen-sized bedroom with an en suite bath, including a large tiled walk-in shower and a separate water closet. The third bedroom features both a queen bed and a daybed, comfortably sleeping 3 guests. All rooms are equipped with large flat-screen TVs for your enjoyment.
For your convenience, a full washer/dryer is provided, and the wrap-around deck on the main floor offers plenty of room to relax or grill on the gas grill. Up one flight, you’ll find the “crow’s nest” deck, the perfect spot for a nightcap while taking in the panoramic island views under the stars.
The ground floor provides parking for 2 cars in the garage and an additional 2 cars in the driveway. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower or unwind in the shady "hang out" area.
The large community pool is just outside your door, and the Gulf beach is a short walk away. For those looking for a bit of exercise, a tennis court is conveniently located next to the pool.
Your small pup (with owner’s permission and a $200 pet fee) is welcome to join you on your vacation. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Gulf beach.
Smoking is not allowed in the home, and no events are permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25.
