This home is beautiful and so cozy and comfortable. The beds are also very comfortable. The location is perfect, so central and walkable. The house is great for a big family or family and friends. We stayed here for our son’s graduation weekend and it was perfect. Can’t say enough great things about this house. It’s the perfect mix of Victorian charm with well appointed upgrades.

This home was perfect for what we needed it for; four old high school friends who live in all parts of the country who wanted to get together for a few days and enjoy someplace new. Boise did not disappoint. And neither did Downtown Boise Historic Victorian. Very clean inside, well stocked kitchen and 4 good sized bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Close to downtown Boise and an easy walk to the eclectic businesses in Hyde Park neighborhood. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect house in the best location in Boise. Convenient to everything! This house was beautifully renovated and perfect for 8 people. Very spacious and comfortable. They also had the house full of amenities, so just show up and relax!

Great Boise VRBO

We booked because we thought we were going to have four adults, two kids, and a dog but only ended up with four of us. It was extremely spacious for our group and had everything we needed to cook breakfast every day. Perfect location- walking distance to downtown, 8th Street, and the Hyde Park businesses. We would book here again if when in Boise.

Girls' Weekend

Met up with college friends; found this property to be a great location; charming; and very well suited for our group. The only hiccup we had was gaining access to the property as we were not given the entry code until 2 hours after check in causing much unneeded stress at the beginning of what was to be a very wonderful and relaxing weekend with friends.

Another great stay!

This was our second year at this beautiful house and we enjoyed it just as much as last year. The house is completely remodeled but kept its historic charm. Check-in was seemless, parking easy and location great for downtown and the Capitol..

Sons wedding in boise

Great location and house. There was broken handrail going to second landing that was dangerous and missing smoke alarms. We lived house overall, great for multiple family members for wedding.

Loved this house!

This house is perfect for families or groups of couples. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all. House is in a great location with easy access (walking distance) to downtown and Hyde Park. We had a little trouble getting in touch with host for access to the house, but worked everything out. My best guess is that this is not a regular issue for guests. We wouod stay here again.

Great for families

Had a great time in Boise with our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The house set up was great and location was awesome! Had a minor communication issue that made check in a bit stressful, but once we were in we had an awesome trip!

Amazing house

We rented for the Treefort Music Festival. It was a perfect location. We walked to/from the festival most days and there were fun venues all along the way. We Ubered on the one bad weather day and it was $6. The house is so cute. The remodel is done very well. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect Fit for any visit

This was a business trip, and this house was perfect. I would recommend it for personal, business anytime you want a beautiful home with all the "stuff". Well decorated, close to everything, great management, clean and just plain perfect!

Great Location!!

We had a terrific time on our stay and this home is in the PERFECT location to explore Boise! It is located just 10 blocks from downtown and just six blocks from the old downtown! We would recommend visiting Goody’s for great deserts and The Royal Bar for a terrific atmosphere and wonderful drinks and service. Both are located in old downtown on 13th street! We also HIGHLY recommend Fanci Freeze on n 14th street for their Huckleberry Burger, Tator Tots and shakes!!! Absolutely delicious. Downtown Boise is just a short walk and 8th street is a blast….lots of shopping and restaurants! The house will fit your whole “crew” and has plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. The downstairs bedroom is huge with its own TV and sitting area. It an old house with new modern charm! Would stay again and the whole family recommends! Mark and the team is easy to communicate with, we did have a little bit of a problem on our check in day, but it more of a delay than a problem. Very helpful people and very nice to work with! Enjoy your trip to Boise!! Our family had a blast!

Great property

We were looking for a place to stay while we moved across town and rented this place. The house was clean and Mark the host was very accommodating. The house has a great location. We walked to Hyde Park every morning for coffee. I’d stay here again.

Perfect Stay

This house is located a few blocks from Downtown Boise. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and dining. The house has three upstairs bedrooms and a basement suite. My kids loved having their own area downstairs. It was also nice to have bathrooms on all levels. The house has all the amenities you need, including all newer appliances. We loved our stay and plan on booking again in the future.

Best Ever

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed when using VRBO. The house was amazing. We were in town for a family wedding. We had 8 adults staying there and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking the few meals we did. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. It was a 15-20 minute walk to many great restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if we should ever return to Boise.

Highly recommend staying here as the place is huge and so nicely redone. Had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. Great location and walking distance to downtown.
