Summary:

Relax on the shores of Craig Bay at Pacific Shores Resort in your quiet ground floor 1 Bedroom Unit with Fully Stocked Kitchen. This Unit is one of only units in the resort that features Air Conditioning.



Only a few short steps to the beach. Watch the gorgeous sunsets!



The unit features a Bedroom with King Size bed and SofaBed in the Living Room. TV with Streaming Player. Covered Patio with electric BBQ.



Enjoy the Pool, Hot tubs, Gym, and much more. Subject to availability.



The Space:

Coastal Oasis is part of our West Coast Oasis 2 Bedroom Unit. Our units can be completely separated each with their own private entrance or combined as one larger unit. If you need more space, please look up our West Coast Oasis which combines this unit and our Pacific Oasis Studio to make a larger 2 bedroom unit.



Guest Access:

No Stairs Private Entrance to unit. Parking is in any NON-NUMBERED parking spot on the property.



The Neighborhood:

We had a great time at the coastal oasis. The view was beautiful and we were able to walk right out to the beach at low tide. There was everything we needed. John, the owner was very communicative and very easy to get a hold of. We went out for dinner at the pub on the property Saturday night and had a great time with good food and live music.Would definitely stay again.

Great Birthday Getaway

My husband and I had a great stay at the Coastal Oasis! We appreciate that we were able to bring our small pup along with us. The home was well equipped and very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the streaming channels available on the TV while I was able to explore the lovely grounds and extensive paths along the water. The sunsets are amazing! We would be happy to return!

Mother's Day Weekend getaway

A lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the beach with a trail leading down to it. The place is very well stocked with everything you could want. John is super attentive and there within minutes if you need anything. I definitely recommend Coastal Oasis and I will be bavk!

Nice Relaxing Spot Near Parksville

Very clean accommodation with everything you need. The unit is as described in the listing. Host was in touch during our stay and is readily available if you have questions. The Property is beautiful with lots of amenities and a great outdoor hot tub. Great location with lots of parks nearby.

Parksville getaway

This ground floor condo in beautiful Pacific Shores resort is fantastic. It faces the estuary at the quiet end of the resort. The king sized bed was super comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked, the living room is very cozy with a lovely fireplace. I used the gym, pool, and hottub at the resort, all of which are a 2 minute walk from the unit. There are great walking trails at the resort, and easy access to Rathtrevor Beach. We loved our stay here!

Although it was November the was quite nice. We found the unit no problem but could not find parking in the dark. We love the area and have been around this part of the island several times. This is our third stay at Pacific shore and RBI’s nit is by far the nicest

Great getaway

Very comfortable and nicely appointed rental. The property grounds are also nice as are the resort amenities. Parksville is only a 10 min drive with lots of good dining options and Rathtrevors expansive flat sand beach.

Beautiful bay front

Peaceful, tranquil setting. Walkout waterfront, great walking paths, views, two nice fireplaces and jetted tub. Very cozy place to unwind. Will comeback, again.

Family Summer Getaway

Wow!!!! What an amazing location for our family this last week. Everything is exactly how John described it. Great setup for our family of 4. Our boys ages 4 & 6 absolutely loved everything about this property. The beach access right in the bay is wonderful! We will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend 😊

This unit is as it says, very well stocked and clean. Communicating with the host is easy, replies are quick. The property around this unit could use a bit of sprucing up but that may be a seasonal thing. All in all, we would recommend staying here, we enjoyed it!

My senior parents and I stayed here. Mom needed space for her walker and comfortable furniture, as well as a walk in shower. This place met all these needs and more! Large bedroom with comfortable king bed and great patio with a lovely view

Amazing place

My husband, 13 year old son and I spent 6 days at this beautiful, quiet and clean property. We loved the outdoor space with views of the ocean and estuary. The bird life there provided much enjoyment. There are walking trails all around. At low tide you can walk across the bay to Rathtrevor Beach. The location is great - an end unit with much appreciated AC, close to the path for the beach, close to Parksville for groceries but tucked away from the busy-ness of a summer resort town. The home is lovely with a full kitchen, wonderful shower and cozy bedding. The bed and pillows were comfy and the sheets so soft. The owners attended to details to make this a great place and responded to email promptly. We hope to return!

Wonderful !

We really enjoyed this beautiful place to stay. Well equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, quiet & peaceful. The view of the ocean is really nice and the resort facilities are also a nice treat. The kitchen worked out great for cooking our meals. Super comfortable bedroom (beautiful) and very nice decor throughout. Couldn't ask for a better host. Any questions we had were answered quick and very accommodating. We really didn't want to leave. Perfect place for gateway vacation

Beautiful, fully stocked ocean view unit, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset view and walking on the beach in front of buildings with our dog.

Comfort and pampering luxury in a quiet and scenic setting

We stayed at this comfortable townhouse for five days. Everything - from the furniture to the linens to the kitchen and bathroom - was tasteful and quality. The gas fireplaces in the living room and the large master bedroom added an extra touch of luxury. The kitchen was a good size and was indeed fully stocked with everything you might need - including a full-size dishwasher. The heatpump air conditioner/heaters in the living room and bedroom were excellent and kept us snug and cozy in November. The wifi was strong enough for online gaming, and we also really liked the many streaming services available on the TVs. When we had a question about something, the host always graciously replied instantly. We plan on coming back in the future - we recommend this property without hesitation.

Outstanding Accommodation!

Wow so where do I begin to describe how wonderful our stay was at Coastal Oasis. John was more than attentive making sure we were happy and if any questions. He really was outstanding! Coastal Oasis was truly a perfect getaway for my wife and I! We were really needing some downtime and Coastal Oasis was amazing! They remembered everything.. all was well stocked and the furnishings were beautiful. My wife and I both put this at the top of our list! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet and beautiful place to relax and unwind. Thank you John for being such an amazing host! We will be back!! Glen and Angie
