Dollywood Cottage, unit 501 “Four Bearoom” is located just three miles from Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country, sleeps 8 and is the perfect cottage for the family looking to get away, yet still be close to everything. This newly remodeled one Story 4-bedroom 2-bath cottage has everything with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area for 7, and a Bar area seating for 4. The living room is equipped with a Comfy Sectional couch, chair, electric fireplace, and a 55-inch flat screen Television. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with queen size beds and 32-inch flat screen Television. The 4th bedroom offers a set of bunk beds, 32-inch flat screen Television, and Pac-Man game with seating. There are 2 bathrooms one offering a walk-in shower and one with tub and shower combo. The newly remodeled back patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and a hot tub. Great Location to go the back way to Gatlinburg without going on the main parkway Just 9.7 miles from the Craft Community in Gatlinburg and Close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This pet friendly rental was perfect for our 3yr old grands first Dollywood/Pigeon Forge weekend trip. We were glad we could bring our corgi along and definitely enjoyed the restful space. We recommend!

Family trip

We spent a few nights with a party of 6 ages 15-60 and we had a wonderful time. Only issue we had at the place was the cookware needs to be replaced. We ended up having to make pancakes in a pot, but other than that the place was great. It was clean, beds comfortable and I absolutely loved the tower fan.

Family Vacation

Over all this was an okay cottage, the four bedrooms was accommodating for everyone to sleep comfortably. Allowing pets was also a plus, however, The check in process was a bit annoying, I received multiple calls before my stay to go over agreement and process payment. You speak with someone different every time they call or you call. I was told one thing by some and another by others. If your booking this for the pool and/or fishing, I wouldn’t recommend. The pool is far and with traffic your looking about 25min to 30. On the pictures the pool looks decent size but that pool is for way too many cabins so it’s gets full so quick and it’s packed. The pond is so hidden is so hard to find. The map they provide is not clear.

Property comes up short.

The hot tub was murky and only warm so no one used it. We tried to get a phone text before we went to the property and ended up going all the way to the office first. We couldn’t get the wifi and no one would return our call until business hours. They have a 24 hour answering service but they have no information to help.

House was not clean except beds. Hot tub was filthy and unusable. Cobwebs and bugs. At least they were dead.

Nice Property as Listed

The property itself was as described in the VRBO Listings and was perfect for our group. However, we will never stay there again as the management company was a royal pain. Texts and emails were excessive and we had to sign like 5 waivers for various things. Additionally I had to send pictures of my DL and credit card to get the entry code to the house even though my payments were posted weeks before arrival. So now my personal information is in strangers hands.

Super cute but Definitely could use a thorough cleaning

The home is cute and is decorated nicely with the mountains in mind. The location is good with really being minutes away from Pigeon Forge. First night we noticed that the lighting out back was super minimal due to only one strand of lights working and the light next to the exterior door being out. I sent an email that night and followed up the next morning. While we were gone the replaced the strands and had a new lightbulb. I appreciate the quick fix. My only complaint was the home really needs a thorough cleaning. The super fuzzy rug in our room, the baseboards and even the placemats in the kitchen reflected this. I would stay here again but would inquire about this beforehand.

Four bear room

Place was in a great location about ten miles from the Island and five miles from Dollywood! Easy access to all attractions! House was a 4 bedroom house with full kitchen and easy access to all places! Would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

This house was honestly perfect for our stay and our family. Minutes from Dollywood. Within a half hour from Gatlinburg. Perfect location. If you're looking for seclusion, this is not the place, though. On a main road with constant traffic that can be heard. Sleeping in is a challange. House next door is a daycare. Hot tub was great, outdoor grill awesome. The area with the firepit is a bit of a challenge for older folk. You do have to scale a hill to get there. Plenty of plates and necessities in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. For those with kids who need wi-fi, it worked perfectly. If your vacationing and constantly plan to be on the go, this place is pefect for that.

Family weekend

This was our first time using VRBO and I was a little nervous, BUT it was so perfect! The whole experience…from making reservations all the way to checking out! This house was amazing! It was clean and we didn’t have a problem with anything! It was perfect for our family! There was everything we needed in the house as well as outside! We would definetly stay there again!! Five stars on everything!

Family Trip to Dollywood/

Enjoyed the house . It worked well for our group ranging in age 9-70 the ranch style no stairs was assessable for my granddaughters wheel chair . Would stay again and recommend. Only a few small things that would have made it better. The grill was not clean and I had to run out and get a grill lighter before I could light the grill . And the air vent were in need of cleaning.
