Spacious home

Loved the location of the home, home is well equipped with everything you would need in the home, both in the kitchen as well as equipment for the beach, like umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, etc. Michelle was easy to communicate with. We would recommend the home, especially for families.

Property was beautifully maintained owners left lots of necessities to start the trip central location makes it easy to get everywhere . Beach equipment and towels on property were a nice bonus !

Beautiful!

Great property located in the Colony Villas complex. Close to the 2nd pool, which seemed much quieter and less crowded than the other one closer to the entrance. Unit was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy, although the bed in the master was lifted quite high off the ground, so if you’re on the shorter side, take note. Views were amazing and the A/C was appreciated on those hotter days. Bathrooms were large and having the half bath on the first floor was a great addition to avoid going up and down all the time. WiFi and TVs worked well and so did all the other appliances. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Waikoloa!

A Little Bit of island Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #204 was an absolute oasis of relaxation during a busy 10 day trip for us. The accommodations were roomy (2B, 2.5 Ba), spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need during a stay (including dishes, cookware, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels). The property felt like a resort. This condo is towards the back of a well-maintained property and was very quiet during our stay. I loved that one of pools was located mere steps from our door, our condo had a lanai and a balcony overlooking the golf course (which we used every morning), and even had a washer/dryer. Additionally, Colony Villas is conveniently located by 2 shopping centers that have grocery stores (which we frequented).All this, coupled with the golf discount...we'll definitely be returning.

Great condo and location

Everything was as we expected and the location was great as we are golfers and most of the courses are here in the north. The discounted greens fees at Waikoloa were much appreciated. Unit was clean and quiet - I suppose quiet often depends on who is renting next to you though. Pool is conveniently close but was often very busy. Gym was small but we were happy there was one on site. Was a little inconvenient that there was just one key that was used for the pool and the gym - when one couple went to the pool and the other to the gym. Not necessarily a bad thing but would be good to know up front, no extra kitchen garbage bags provided and just initial supply of toiletries (although we found a large bottle of shampoo and conditioner under the bathroom sink - guessing maybe purchased and left by someone). So if you are staying awhile, be sure to bring extra with you or purchase somewhere locally.

Clean, roomy 2 BR 2.5 Ba 2 story villa located in Waikoloa. Full amenities incl washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, life jackets for kids, etc & steps from the pool. Travelled with a 4 yr old & an 18 month old & villa had everything we needed just like home!

My wife and I planned this getaway to celebrate our anniversary and had some friend join us in Waikoloa for a fun time. The unit is located right next to one of the pools and we got to get some nice R&R out there. This unit had everything we could have needed from beach gear to extra bedding for one of our friends who joined us. The unit overlooks the tee box of hole 9 on “the kings course” which I loved as a golf fan! (Be sure to take advantage of the golf discount offered with this condo, saves quite a bit for you if your playing golf. Great place to stay and great location to explore all of Waikoloa resort area! Thank y’all for such a great experience.

Great stay
