Escape to St. George Island at this colorful, snowbird-friendly beach house. A classic, Florida-style stilted house, this rental boasts four bedrooms and tons of amenities, making it perfect for an extended stay.

Up a small flight of steps, guests will be greeted by a furnished front porch, complete with a six-seater dining table. The porch is great for people-watching as it faces a popular, mixed-use pedestrian path. Move over to the large, open deck for some sun-bathing or fire up the private grill for a family cookout.

The large, open-concept living/kitchen/dining area is a great family gathering place. Island seating for four plus a six-seater dining table provides plenty of space for meals and you'll find all your cooking needs met in the full kitchen.

The living area divides the bedrooms, with three guest bedrooms on one side and the primary suite on the other. Two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom. The third bedroom features three an attached bathroom. In the main suite, primary guests will enjoy a private bathroom.

Beach towels are provided for guest use.
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofabed in the living room.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
