With a back patio that backs directly up to a quiet creek and a prime Incline Village location, just a short walk from Lake Tahoe, this newly remodeled home is going to provide you with the vacation experience you deserve! You'll be within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, and village activities, with several trails, golf courses, and skiing close by.

When you're not out on a hot-weather hike or a frosty winter ski slope, kick back in the home's spacious living area to enjoy a good ballgame on the TV. The furnished patio is the perfect place to entertain groups after a long day on the lake. The gas fireplace will provide plenty of ambiance for your next dinner party, and the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to get a good night's sleep, you can snuggle up in one of the home's three well-appointed bedrooms. The home is heated by the fireplace and baseboard heating.

THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
The WiFi can be spotty at times, due to high demand.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
