The door of this 58 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.
The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, as well as a large TV. It opens directly onto a balcony with a beautiful view.
The dining area includes a spacious table that can seat up to six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and more.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), and the other with a double bed (140x200). All beds are neatly made with hotel-quality linens. Storage space is also available to help you feel right at home.
The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub. The toilet is separate. A washing machine is also provided.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Located just outside Paris, Villejuif is a vibrant town in the Val-de-Marne that appeals with its accessibility, tranquility, and friendly atmosphere. Well served by Metro Line 7 and several bus routes, it offers quick access to the heart of the capital while allowing you to enjoy a more peaceful living environment. The town features lovely green spaces like the Parc des Hautes-Bruyères, perfect for a quiet stroll with views of Paris. Villejuif is an excellent choice for travellers looking to stay near Paris in an authentic, affordable, and well-connected neighbourhood.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tram station, Villejuif - Louis Aragon (line T7), is just a 2-minute walk.
Orly Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
