The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming villa for rent in Monticello, with a swimming pool and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. It has a surface area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 110 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms and a garden of around 1,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 110 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and fireplace (wood not provided) opening onto a terrace with sea view
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
On the 1st floor
- Bedroom 1: two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200) and a balcony with sea view
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bedroom 3: two single beds and a balcony with sea view
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
On the second floor
- Bedroom 4: master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom with shower, separate en-suite toilet and terrace with sea view
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 11 × 5m, open from 01/04 to 30/11, with safety features around the pool.
- An outdoor kitchen
- A 1,500 m² garden
- A 45 m² terrace adjoining the living room, facing north and on the ground floor, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A 12 m² terrace, facing north and located on the 2nd floor
- Two balconies of 7 and 2 m² with sea view, facing north
The house is ideally located in Monticello, in a very pleasant environment with a view of the bay of Ile Rousse and Cap Corse. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Explore the village of Monticello with its narrow streets and churches listed as historical monuments
- Walks and hikes on scenic trails with views of the sea and mountains
- Beach accessible about 4 km away, water sports
- Horse or pony rides in the hills
- Discover Corsican gastronomy (cold meats, cheese, wine, etc.)
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the villa's private outdoor car park (3 or 4 vehicles). An electric vehicle charging station is available.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest port: L'Île-Rousse marina, about 5 km away
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine, approximately 26 km away
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning.
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is allowed per stay.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
