Located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, on the heights of Cavalaire, near La Croix-Valmer, this magnificent, brand-new villa welcomes you to a particularly peaceful estate, the Domaine de l'Eau-Blanche.
The villa has six bedrooms and six en-suite bathrooms.

All bedrooms have beautiful views and are equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private, separate shower room and toilet.
The spacious living room of over 150m² (living room with two sofas, TV lounge and corner sofa, dining room for 12) has a fireplace.
The open-plan kitchen with counter is equipped with a NESPRESSO coffee machine, induction hobs, a stove, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a wine cellar, a microwave, and a Siemens oven.
There is a sauna, exercise bike, office and bathroom, and a laundry room with two washer-dryers, ironing board, and iron.
Babies are welcome with a crib and high chair.
The house is fully equipped with appliances, a flat-screen TV, surveillance cameras, and roller shutters.

Outside: full sun from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
There is a terrace with a wide sea view, a beautiful swimming pool (14 m x 4.5 m) with comfortable deckchairs and sun loungers, a 2,000 m² garden, two parking spaces, a pétanque court, and double access for cars and pedestrians.

Sheets and towels provided.
Beach towels provided.
6 hours of cleaning per week included, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with sheets changed at the end of the first week.
Gardener and pool cleaner one day per week.

Our house is an old southern building with a traditional turret, a sort of small castle!
We have extended it to accommodate more bedrooms.
It is the countryside by the sea, as we are very close to the beach while being surrounded by greenery.
