The modern apartment has 2 rooms for 2 people. The apartment is located on the 8th OG and offers a unique all-round view of the entire Lake Constance. This can best be enjoyed on the large, partially covered south-facing balcony / roof terrace.
Immenstaad is the ideal place for your vacation at Lake Constance. Located between Meersburg and Friedrichshafen, all interesting destinations can be reached quickly. Immenstaad itself offers everything you need for a pleasant stay with its direct location on Lake Constance, the beach and indoor swimming pool, the pier and the numerous restaurants and cafes.

The equipment of the 58 sqm apartment includes:

An elevator takes you to the apartment in the 7th First floor, then via a staircase to the attic floor. Access is NOT barrier-free! Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, not in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Note that bed linen and towels are NOT provided, they must be brought by the guests.

Please note that in addition to the overnight price in Immenstaad, a tourist tax of 2.90 euros from 01. April to 31 October and 1.60 euros from 01. November to 31 March is charged per person per night. This must be paid in cash on arrival. In return you will receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card / guest card with which you can enjoy free travel by bus and train in the region of the Bodo transport association and benefits at over 170 excursion destinations in the Lake Constance region.
