Very comfortable and spacious " winter swiss chalet" as we referred to it. Great fireplace(s) and all the beds were comfortable, which made it a great cozy getaway for a winter girls weekend. Beautiful view and the hot tub and sauna were a delight. Very clean and the host was great. Will stay again!

Stunning views!! Amazing from the large window in living room to the firepit. Perfect hot tub and inside which helps in February. Great downstairs.Loved the fireplaces. Fantastic dining room table . Great for meals and games. Loved the pantry!! Want one in my house. Close to great activities. Big tv’s. Lovely getaway.

The home was exactly what we needed for our family thanksgiving. More than enough room, plenty of things to do, dining table was large enough for the 9 of us. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Bedrooms were plenty and my granddaughter enjoyed the kiddie play room upstairs that she said was just her size.

This was the perfect location for our basecamp for my sister's wedding. There were 8 of us sleeping at the property with an additional 4 to 6 family members visiting during our stay. The house was very comfortable, clean and had lots to do. We wish our visit was longer so that we could truly enjoy all that the property has to offer. The location to Naples is easy too. I definitely recommend this Tranquil Lodge and hope to rebook again in the future.

Beautiful mountain retreat and cabin in up state New York.

This guy lace has so many great things about it. My kids loved fishing, and we loved the bonfire and grilling out. We also loved the hot tub and steam room. It was just what we were looking for. Not far from Lake Candaigua where we rented a boat and had a blast on the lake. Thank you! I highly recommend staying here.

Fall Finger Lakes Getaway

House beautifully situated in Naples near many restaurants, golf course and other essential stores. Picturesque views in front of fire pit and the house equipped with anything you could need. The complimentary coffee bar was most appreciated! Beds were very comfortable. Defiantly recommend if your a large group looking to stay for a few days in the Finger Lakes. Host was quick to respond to any questions, thanks John!

Family time

This house was perfect for my visit. My sister lives down the street, and my dad lives nearby, but stayed with my daughter and I at the house. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my dad, who has issues with stairs, and the upstairs was great for my adult daughter and I. We hung out by the fire pit a couple nights, used the hot tub and pool table, but overall, we just hung out and spent time together. The house is spacious and cozy. Definitely will look to book the house again for my next family visit.

We're coming back!

Our stay was far too short in this lovely house, we hardly had time to take advantage of all the amenities! The fire pit and game room will have to wait for our return - but the hot tub was a delight on our first night. Quiet, tranquil location, fantastic decor and plenty of space to spread out. Super appreciated the coffee bar. We will be back for sure!

Fun and relaxing

House is cozy and so much to do. Really close to a small town and the many amenities gave us plenty to do for a nice winter stay. Views are amazing and beds are super comfy! We even bought sleds and had a little outdoor fun on the large beautiful lot. We were very happy to see the snow plow come do the long driveway for us so we didn't have to worry about it. If I had to nit pick the only thing I wasn't prepared for was the well water but in this area on the beautiful property it makes sense. Perfect house for our moms on the run weekend.

Great space with something for everyone

We loved the house, the setting, the facilities, and the space for 10 adults. The water developed a sulfur smell the more we used. I figured the owner couldn’t do much about that, so we bought drinking water and told him about it when we left in case he didn’t know. He said they recently switched from reservoir water to a well. They will have to treat the water if they keep using the well because showering and brushing teeth and drinking that water were all pretty smelly. I would ask about that, if renting in the future. It is a perfect place otherwise.

Grandkids Galore

Our long weekend at "The Valley Villa" was absolutely wonderful. It was our annual getaway with life long friends, all of our adult children and their spouses and all of our grandchildren. There were 12 adults and 7 children ages 4, 3, 2, 2, 7 mos, 5 mos and 4 mos. John's house was exactly what the website said and more. The common areas of the house were very spacious and adequate for the kids to play together in or plentiful enough for them to go off alone. The adults had fun playing card games, darts, pool and watching football or just hanging out chatting and catching up in the various sitting areas of the house. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large enough to put kid air mattresses or pack n plays for the babies. The kitchen served our cooking needs and having a second refrigerator in the garage with that large of a group was very helpful. John was quick to respond to the questions we had. We had a great weekend making memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
