Stylish and Comfortable Escape in Gainesville

Newly renovated 3BR/2BA home + bonus room w/ sleeper sofa! Located in the heart of Gainesville, this home is walking distance to grocery, shopping and dining in Thornebrook Village (0.75miles). Centrally located, this comfortable and clean home is within a few miles of UF, Hospital, Oaks Mall, Celebration point, and Downtown Gainesville. Also has quick and easy access for all the explorers who want to head out of town to enjoy all the beautiful springs North Central Florida has to offer.

Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms have queen beds and quick access to hallway bathroom. The back living room has a full sleeper sofa.

The home has two living spaces each with a couch, chairs, and a TV with streaming services.

Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs! Basics (Coffee, Oil, Salt, Pepper) are provided.

Covered carport parking and driveway parking. If needed, you may park in front of home so long as you are not blocking through traffic!

We are available by message to help with anything that may arise in your stay!

Centrally located quiet residential Neighborhood in Gainesville Florida. Walking distance (0.75 or less) to Publix, Fresh Market, shopping at Thronebrook Plaza, and dining.

There is a covered carport area for parking as well as a driveway for additional vehicles. If the driveway is filled up, feel free to park on the road in front of the home. Please be sure to leave room for cars driving by!

For the comfort of all our guests, we are a very strict non smoking home. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property, including outside. Thank you!

Guests who's stays include a Tuesday will be asked to roll Waste Bin to curb Monday evening for pickup on Tuesday morning.

TVs are smart TVs and are able to be used with all steaming companies (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime, etc). The TVs do not have cable access.
For the comfort of all our guests, we are a very strict non smoking home. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property, including outside. Thank you!

Great location in Gainesville. Close to Publix and fresh market. Flying Biscuit for breakfast was nice too. Enjoyed the living room set up and dining. Beautiful trees in the neighborhood too.

Great place

This was my first time ever doing a Vrbo reservation, everything went smoothly. The house was just as pictured in the images and the host communicated everything clearly as well as a list of things for us on a paper by the door. The backyard was large and my kids loved playing in it

Nice house, good location

We were up visiting family and this was a nice little house that was super close to them. Very clean and would be good space for bigger family with 2 living areas. Nothing flashy or super special about it but it fit well for what we needed (2 adults and 1 child under 2). Only complaint was the low beds were a little hazardous for the little one and plugs didn’t stay in the outlets very well.

Great host and stay

We had a great time at this place! The property is located close to everything you need and 3 miles from UF. Everything inside was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was large enough to house 9 adults and a dog very comfortably. All the amenities were great and we had everything we needed to eat in if we liked. The backyard was private and fenced which helped our dog get some exercise off the leash. The owner is excellent. Jeffery is super communicative and easy to work with! This is a great place to stay. We’d stay here again for sure!

Perfect accommodation!

This property was fantastic. It was very clean with a great back yard for our puppies. The location was more than ideal. We had prompt and easy communication with the owner, and highly recommended this home. We would definitely choose this place again if the opportunity presented itself.

Clean place and good location to Uf

Great communication from Jeff. The house was clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. We were there for the UF graduation and the location was convenient to campus.

Roach issues , bare minimum for bed mattress and 450.00/night is very poor value. Won’t ever stay

Won’t ever stay there and could not wait to leave. Won’t ever use VRBO as misleading listing and 450.00/ night with all the junk fees is beyond pale for this property . Muck better values in that market . We are done done and will never use VRBO again for any booking as not reliable offerings

What a great stay!

Jeffrey was extremely helpful, the house was cute, well stocked and very comfortable. The 2 family rooms were great too. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location to everything was perfect. Would definitely rent there again.

Comfortable house in quiet neighborhood

The house was clean, comfortable. We liked the area, our dog was delighted with the little park nearby. All in all a very pleasant stay in the heart of Gainesville. The host was very attentive and helped to guide us along.

Great location, close to campus and quiet

We stayed here to visit out daughter and it was a perfect spot. Easy to get from this area of town to campus or downtown without dealing with a ton of Gainesville traffic. House was very comfortable. Only wish they had a grill!

Perfect stay

We stayed at this property while in town for the weekend of our daughter's wedding. We had out of town family with us. We found the house to be absolutely perfect for our needs. It was in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking. Jeffrey was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any question - he was extremely easy to work with. We had the bridal party come the morning of the wedding with Jeffrey's approval and the property was the perfect place for hair and makeup and backyard pictures. Thank you so much for getting my daughters special day off to a great start.

This is a wonderful place to call home. Its location is conveniently close to everything, while simultaneously being on a quiet and private residential road. The property is fully stocked for guests, from extra towels and linens to a fully stocked kitchen with Oil, Salt, Pepper and Coffee provided. We have extremely comfy beds, and a serene private fenced back yard. Enjoy a coffee on the patio in the morning or a fire in the pit at night!
