Spacious, comfortable and relaxing vacation rental home Tilghman Cottage 38 is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is in a quiet location and just a 10-15 minute walk or a short golf cart ride to the beach. Just a block over is the popular Main Street, Ocean Drive, where you browse around some unique local shops, have a meal at one of the favorite local restaurants, or just sit back and listen to some good beach music while sipping on a favorite spirit.

The ground floor of Tilghman Cottage 38 has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with a bunk (double on bottom and twin on top). There is a hall bath with a tub and shower combination. The laundry room is also on the ground floor and has a stackable washer/dryer. A patio area is off one of the bedrooms. The 2 car garage is fully enclosed and has an entry door into the foyer of the ground floor. The pool is just a a stone's throw away!

The main floor styles a living area and dining area with vaulted ceilings and new laminate plank flooring. There is a Carolina room off the dining area. The kitchen is remodeled with tiled backsplash, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. There are views of the marsh and pond from the living area. The master bedroom upstairs on the main floor has a king bed with a remodeled en suite with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. There is a hall bath with a tub and shower combination upstairs. There is also new carpet.

This beautiful North Myrtle Beach home is conveniently located grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment for all ages. While in town, don't miss the fun at Barefoot Landing where you can visit The Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Duplin Winery, Lulu's Cafe, Blueberry Grill, Taco Mundo, and many other dining and shopping fun. Broadway at the Beach is another area where you can easily get caught up in shopping, dining, and watching the kids have a great time at WonderWorks, Broadway Grand Prix, and more. This community has a pool (just a hop, skip, and jump away). Motorcycles, trailers, or pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking rental. This community is designed for families so no students or student groups please. 3 parking passes. Golf carts allowed.

This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
