Welcome to our beautifully renovated top floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the heart of Forest Beach and a short walk to the beach. Forest beach is a popular destination with many great restaurants, shops, nearby golf courses and tennis courts.

The Xanadu complex is gated and guests are allowed a max of 2 cars. The complex offers a pool and two tennis courts onsite. We have keyless entry. New code is generated for each guest.

The walk to the beach is 6 to 10 minutes. It is approximately .6 of a mile- about a 15 minute walk- from our villa is Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza has over 60 shops, restaurants and even a small grocery store.

Our condo features a fully stocked kitchen with beadboard cabinets and granite countertops. We have Pottery Barn dishes, Cuisinart cookware, keurig and regular coffee pot. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and private bath. The master also has a desk area if you need to mix some work with your vacation. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over full). The living room has a pullout sofa and two comfortable recliners. We are on the top floor (5th floor) and our building has an elevator. We also have a coin operated washer and dryer on each floor. We have Roku smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Perfect location

Great condo location, size, and amenities. This was our second time staying at this condo and it doesn’t disappoint. Perfect walk to the beach, pool right outside and tennis courts!

HH condo - great for small groups/families

Great location. Hallways of building a little dated but the pool area and grounds are lovely and the inside of the condo was clean and updated. Great location. Host very helpful. Priced similarly to the hotel in front of the property with much more space and comforts.

Short stay for a wedding

Everything was perfect! Close to the beach. Very clean. Pool. Owner was always available for questions. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Hilton Head.

Great Condo

We were really impressed with how convenient this condo is to everything we wanted to do on HHI. Being from out of state, we really appreciated the wagon, cooler and beach chairs. The condo was clean and well kept!

Family getaway

We had an amazing stay. The condo was spacious and clean. It was everything we needed and more. We unfortunately developed some car problems, but the property manager was very accommodating and was just a phone call away. This was definitely a very positive rental. Would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Great location and spacious

Apartment was as advertised with a spacious master bedroom and nice pool view. Having two bathrooms was a plus, and the beach chairs and cart to use were nice to not have to bring from home.

Great Place!

Loved our stay! Our family of 5 had everything we needed for a great vacation! Pickle ball courts were a great bonus. Washer and dryer are right outside the door of the condo. Hope to come back!

Nice well-appointed condo in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Xanadu. Short walk to beach, central location made it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and activities on all sides of the island, kitchen is well equipped, and the owner is very responsive and helpful. Will be back. As always, our time on Hilton Head was too short!

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed the property very much. The owner was great about responding and making sure we had everything we needed since we were coming from out of state. The property was clean and very convenient location to the beach access. Close to restaurants and sites in the area. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

The villa was the perfect place for 4 friends to get away for the weekend. We wish we could have stayed longer! The check in directions provided were very easy to follow. The place was spotless!! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone to sit in the living room. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who visits Hilton Head.

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed the convenience of this condo’s location. Fantastic for easy access to the beach with kids. Beds were comfortable, unit was sufficiently clean, and Kim was extremely accommodating for our late arrival. You will need to bring your own coffee filters or k-cups. There are plenty of dishes and cooking equipment, but no starter food aside from spices. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and found it quiet and relaxing.

Great condo in a wonderful location

The condo was just as pictured and described. It had all the little extras that make a big difference like beach chairs, wagon, coolers, extra pillows & blankets, a well stocked kitchen, soaps and towels. We loved being so close to the beach and the restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

My family has been visiting HHI for the past 15 years- before kiddos and now as a a family of 6. This is a great place! Just a little walk to Coligny and to the beach… nestled in a quiet location. Can’t say enough about the property manager Kim. She was super attentive and helpful- probably one of the best I’ve dealt with! Great value for the price and def would stay again.

Great property

Family vacation - slept 5 very comfortably/comfortable beds. Beach access directly across the street. Public beach, shopping, groceries, restaurants and night life a short walk. Property has a pool and pickle ball/tennis - bring your own racquets. The owner was very responsive and provided pre-vaca information.

Perfect Unit

Unit is in a perfect location. Beach access directly across the street. Within ealking/biking to Coligny plaza and several restraunts. Super easy! Loved the moat around the building. We named the resident turtles and looked for them each morning. Unit is spacious, well stocked kitchen, bed comfy, cold ac, great shower warer pressure in master suite. What more could you ask for.
