Massive 4200+ sq foot custom built home that is three blocks from campus and has views of the Stadium from the walkout patio. The home sleeps over 20 people comfortably with a Luxurious Open Concept. With Smart TVs in every living area ranging from 60"-100", your whole crew will enjoy the comfort and will not miss a game. The home has 5 bedrooms with 13 individual beds and 4.5 bathrooms. You will enjoy all the amenities of the home.

Built in the fall of 2021, this brand new home is the perfect place for your group for your visit to South Bend. The home was designed to be the perfect Notre Dame getaway and boasts beautiful Notre Dame decor, brand new appliances, multiple Smart TV’s, an electronic fireplace, an outdoor patio with two Outdoor TV's, furniture, and heaters. The home is secure and security system, Gigabit Internet, and sleeping arrangements for 20+ people. It is located in the beautiful Wooded Estates neighborhood which is the perfect location just steps from Notre Dame. The home is so close to campus that you can see Touchdown Jesus and Notre Dame Stadium from the front steps of the home!



Please respect the home as your own. If you can please do the dishes it would be appreciated. The garage and Master Bedroom Closet is not for guest use.

Notre Dame property

Very nice property!! Property owner (Matt) was very responsive to our needs. Beautiful facility with plenty of space. We had 6 kids ages 5-12 years old and 6 adults. Would highly recommend this property for large groups.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at White Oak for a long weekend and loved it. We enjoyed the two living areas, large screen televisions, outdoor seating, and beautiful decor. The kitchen had everything we needed; the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The home allowed our entire family to have plenty of room to relax and make wedding preparations. The location was so convenient to everything but especially to walk to Notre Dame campus.

Great location and set up for large group

We came with another family and their kids and the house was a perfect set up to accommodate us. It was brand new, clean, and everything was easy to find. There were lots of beds and bathrooms (with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers!) so it made it comfortable for everyone. Beds were super comfortable and rooms were spacious. Very quick walk to campus and easy to use security system. Check in / check out process was very smooth and the management company was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend and hope to rent this again on our next trip.

Our weekend visit for the Boise State game included 12 adults and one infant. On Friday evening we enjoyed the warm weather sitting on the front porch watching college football. On Saturday morning and afternoon, we went to campus and to the game. After the game, we used several areas of the spacious home to sit back and relax. The home was extremely clean, the check-in was easy, and management checked in with us throughout the weekend to ensure our needs were met. Beautiful house located very close to campus. Easy walk to the stadium, Eddy Commons, Legends, etc. Outdoor seating area is comfortable and provides great view of TD Jesus and the stadium. Kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. Beds are comfortable and nice bathrooms. We stayed with a large group during reunion weekend. The listing was inaccurate for us for 2 reasons. First, the basement was under construction and therefore we couldn’t use the king bedroom there. We were notified of this prior to the stay and air mattresses were provided to make up the needed sleep space. I would expect that to be resolved by football weekends. Second, the “bunk room” upstairs only has one twin over double bunk bed. There is not a second twin over twin bunk as both listed and pictured. This detail of that room in the listing needs to be updated. I mention this as an important detail if you are planning on maxing out the beds available. Would definitely stay again both for size and convenience.

Home for the Holidays

Ladies Get Together

Property is exactly like the pictures show and more. Very clean, open concept, spacious and perfectly set up for a large group. The comfortable indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces allowed many places for friends and family to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Five star plus from our 21 person group!

Best home to enjoy Notre Dame

This home is newly constructed and impeccably designed for a family or friend group to enjoy their time in South Bend. The design is great for fostering togetherness on the first floor. The bedrooms are large with their own bathrooms to give everyone privacy as well. We rented this house with 2 sets of grandparents for our son's graduation weekend from Notre Dame. It's the perfect location if you are attending an event at Notre Dame. We loved our stay!
