Conveniently located off the 321 Parkway in the Mountain Shadows Resort of Gatlinburg, HEART & SOUL is a single level, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath cabin with over 1,400 square feet of charming and cozy spaces. The cabin is nestled in the back of the resort surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and grants access to resort amenities such as 2 seasonal swimming pools, a playground & a community pavilion.

The property was clean and comfortable with all needed amenities provided. It was a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & Sevierville. Also, was a short drive to hike in the Chimney Tops. Beautiful in the Fall. The visit was topped off with a bear sighting.

The cabin was lovely with comfy beds and living room. We enjoyed sitting out on the front and back porches. There were plenty of dishes in the large kitchen and the laundry facilities worked great. We loved our stay here!The location was great - just a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and close to the park. There was a grocery store just a few minutes away also.

We had an amazing week at this cabin in Gatlinburg! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by its cleanliness and attention to detail. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and jacuzzi after our daily adventures. It's the perfect spot for family bonding and unwinding. We created unforgettable memories here and can’t wait to come back for another stay! Highly recommended!

The cabin was very clean. Which to me is a big plus. The Hot tub did not work for the 1st and 2nd day of our stay. The owners sent someone out to fix the problem. One of the lamps in the living room did not work, the fireplace in kitchen did not work, also a blow dryer for your hair did not work. We did notify the owners but we did not need these fixed right away.

Family vacation

Spacious cabin, very clean, lots of little kitchen & bathroom amenities were supplied such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and keurig cups and creamers ect… Loved the swing on front porch! Drank my coffee every morning there! Saw a black bear walk right by our cabin! Kids loved the jacuzzi out on back deck! Would definitely stay again!

Extremely clean, neat, tidy & fresh. Ease in finding location of cabin. No terrifying roads. Saw a bear in the neighborhood. So exciting! One level cabin was great for my elderly mother. Complimentary k-cups coffee. Great location away from crowds, yet short drive to strip. House fully stocked with everything we needed, had plenty towels, dishes. Jetted jacuzzi was nice after lots of walking. Check in was super easy. Unfortunately we had to endure Slammedenuf & their bad behavior.

Pleasantly Surprised

We loved our stay! Wished we had more nights. The hot tub on patio and outside table sitting area and swing and rocking chair were pleasant to enjoy morning coffee and cocktails. We enjoyed the game machine for a blast from the past and a game all of us could play. Blinds closed well and the rooms was dark so easy to sleep in. Hot tub bath was also plenty big. This place was so clean it was outstanding. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay. The place is huge! The rooms are spaced apart! Entrance to the balcony from each bed room! I would definitely book this location again!

Cabin is beyond perfect

This cabin was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, cozy and the hosts were such a pleasure to interact with. The beds were also very comfortable. Great location, quiet, peaceful area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great vacation

We had a great time. The cabin location was very easy to get to. It was close t9 town but away from the crowds. We are noth in our late 60s so the one floor layout was perfect for us. Although it rained most of the time we were there was still plenty to do. We visit the Smokies every year and would definately stay here again!

Cozy cabin!

Very clean amd comfortable. The only downside was that the main road was a bit noisy early in the morning, but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay!
