🏡 Traditional Burgundian house from 1877, fully renovated with care to combine the charm of the old with modern comfort. Located in the heart of the village of Vinneuf, this cozy country house welcomes you in a peaceful setting. You have full and private access to the 60 m² house and a private 120 m² courtyard.
This house is the perfect place for a relaxing countryside stay, just 1h15 from Paris 🌟😊

🏡 You will have full and private access to the 60 m² house, composed of:

🛋️ A comfortable living room with a sofa, coffee table, large dining table, ceiling fan, board games, and a connected TV. Windows are fitted with mosquito screens and electric roller shutters.

🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen: oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, utensils, and tableware. (dish towel included)

🛏️ A master bedroom with a double bed (linens included), a dressing table, a wardrobe, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Windows are fitted with mosquito screens and electric roller shutters.

🛏️ A second bedroom with two single beds (linens included), a fold-out chair that converts into an extra bed (185 × 72), a TV, and a ceiling fan. Windows are fitted with mosquito screens and electric roller shutters.

🚿 A bathroom with a walk-in shower (towels included) + toilet.

The house offers Wi-Fi access in all rooms (+100 Mbps).
Both bedrooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Burgundian countryside.
The staircase is equipped with a safety gate for children.

-A sheltered terrace for outdoor dining

-A covered lounge area, perfect for relaxing at any time of day

-Public and free parking spaces are available on the street, right next to the house.

⚡ Electric vehicle: we have a private charging station available on request (for an additional fee).

🏍️ Motorbikes: you can park and shelter your motorbikes under the entrance porch or in the courtyard.

🧳 The entire house as well as the courtyard are fully dedicated to you.

The entrance is exclusively reserved for you, and you can arrive completely independently at any time from 4:00 PM onwards, thanks to the instructions that will be sent to you just before your arrival, allowing you to open the smart lock.
