Large back deck with seating, perfect for grilling and enjoying friends and family!

This was such a convenient stay! Everything was clean, clearly communicated, and the location was within an easy walk to Utah Tech. This is my first choice for stays if any other events come up in St. George.

Adoreable, clean and cozy cottage. We had a lovely stay in this amazing little house. Comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Would have been nice to sit outside on the deck, but the chairs were not clean. I’m sure, had a called, that the problem would had been rectified. Perhaps the cleaners should have looked outside. A small table with a couple of chairs would have been nice.

My husband and I loved this property. Very well arranged and equipped kitchen, and the other amenities were excellent. Great, quiet central neighborhood but also easy access to sites in the St. George area. It exceeded all of our expectations and will definitely be a place for us to stay again. Highly recommended!

Great Time In St George

This is a fine property. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and the space is perfect for a couple or a small family. Tons of detail in and outside the house. Parking was easy on the street just in front of the place. The kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we required. The bathroom had beautiful tile work. I highly recommend this property.

This little cottage was a delightful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood - comfortable and nicely equipped for our two night stay! Communication with owner was excellent and check in/check out process very simple. We would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at David’s place. Seriously one of the nicest, best-furnished homes we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Charming, clean, comfortable, and quiet … everything we had hoped after active days in Zion and Bryce. The location is perfect for easy neighborhood walks to historic downtown for food and coffee. David was a great communicator, too. We highly recommend his lovely home!

Very nicely furnished small house

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for two adults. Location was nice for golfing and riding bikes. Safe, clean. Thank you!! Would definitely return.

INCREDIBLE!

OK, so nicely done on the inside and out, attention to detail with everything, full kitchen stocked with everything you need. Just bring your groceries! Clean furniture, quiet street, and enough room to stretch out. Will be BACK!!The perfect 'cottage' design to come and rest or base out of!

Adorable cozy cottage for our honeymoon!

The cottage is so cute and the perfect size for our small party of two as we spent our honeymoon weekend in St George. The cottage was clean, the location is perfect, and the owners gave us all the information we needed prior to arriving. We felt at home here. I would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay in the heart of St George!

So clean and comfortable!

We loved our stay! The house was so clean, beautiful, and had such a cozy feel. We were so comfortable and they really went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We appreciated all of the thoughtful details. We will absolutely stay here again. The host was wonderful with communicating. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fantastic home for a small group

I stayed here for work by myself for most of the time and family joined me for the last day. The location was close to everything I needed and it was very calm and quiet! I would stay here again for sure!

Lovely cottage for one or two people

Was in town for Huntsman Games and was running at Greater Zion Stadium, so the location was perfect. Close to good dining in downtown St. George. Place was very clean and modern. Will try to stay here again if I return. A couple small quibbles: the outside dining table and chairs were not cleaned and we had to clean them up ourselves in order to use them and the patio area. Also, the owner was generally very responsive, but when I asked if I could extend my departure by an hour so I could shower before leaving town, there was no response. Finally, the backdoor lock is funky. The instructions to open and lock are seemingly simple, but the lock itself has to be in a specific position for it to operate.

This was the perfect location and walking distance to the finish area of the St. George Marathon. The host was very good with communications, the house was clean and worked perfected for my wife and I.

Perfect little place

I needed a place to stay and work remote for a couple of days while my daughter played in three high school soccer games in St. George. This place was perfect, right in the middle of town, in a quiet spot between the temple and the college. This little house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Getting in and out was easy, and had everything I needed. I certainly would like to stay here again with my wife the next time we come to St. George. Communication from the owner was quick and accurate. Thanks for the great stay!
