Lake Cottage Year Round Swim Spa Serene Escape Between Pittsburgh and Cleveland

What was once a small log cabin, which was built in the mid 1800's to be servant's quarters, has been updated and expanded over many years. It is now a beautiful and relaxing century lake home with huge ALL SEASON hot tub/swim spa perfect for families and friends to enjoy scenic views and time away together. Yes it is useable all winter! Outfitted with games, a full kitchen, grill, firepit, serene views and wildlife. Three bedrooms host up to 8 adults. Also a sofa, loveseat and futon in the living room could accommodate a few young kids. There are two full baths as well and spacious decks and common areas to provide all the personal and gathering space you need. Lots of towels and basics provided.

The host can assist via phone in opening the hot tub for the first time. It's a little heavy/tricky. This is at your convenience. Instructions provided prior to check-in.

Young children are permitted in spa but would need supervised because of strong currents and high temperatures.

This home has an insurance limitation limiting guests from a max of 4 households since it is not commercial. No Events are permitted. No loud music or profanity.

Parking is limited to 4 cars. There is not street parking available.

The scenic lake is for viewing. The approx. 1 acre of useable property for guests ends right at the far edge of the driveway down to the small small ravine and waterline. No fishing, swimming or boats unfortunately.
