Welcome to your next vacation getaway! Conveniently located near Salt Lake City airport, this ground-level basement, 3-bedroom guest suite (with its own separate entrance) is a perfect space for your trip. Whether going downtown, out for a summer hike, or to any of our ski resorts, you’re sure to relax after a fun day in a comfortable and private space with breathtaking views of the Great Salt Lake and surrounding valley. (Note: We are less than 5 minutes from “Gateway Parks” Eaglewood - tubing/ski park, which is a golf course as well.)

We had such a wonderful stay with our family! The location is fantastic—Eaglewood Golf Course is right nearby, and there’s a beautiful running path that I loved using every morning. Within just a few blocks, we also found tennis courts, which was such a fun bonus. The neighborhood is gorgeous and feels very safe, which gave us peace of mind during our trip.The home itself was comfortable and welcoming, and Brian & Andrea were amazing hosts—they went out of their way to help us several times and made everything smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!

We came to Salt Lake for a sad occasion Having an amazing place to stay made it a lot easier. Brian, the host was a great guy. We just happened to see him in his garage when we were returning back or we wouldn't have known his family was there. If I ever return to this part of the world I'd definitely try to stay there again.

Gorgeous modern home. Very clean. Safe neighborhood. Has everything you could possibly need on a trip and more. Very well organized and presented. Hosts were friendly and communicated often and were very generous with support and creating an easy trip for us. Beds were comfortable. I would give it more stars if I could.

We loved our stay!! Brian and Andrea were great hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and even brought down some toys and a booster seat for our kids! They were very kind and responsive. Great place. The host was the best I’ve ever enjoyed. Every detail was superb. I couldn’t ask for a better location. I can say with 100% certainty that I’ve never had a better BNB experience. 5-stars all the way around.

What an oasis!

We were so lucky to have found this beautiful stay as a homebase for our weekend in SLC. Andrea and Brian were impeccable hosts who provided a clean, well-appointed, and spacious property. We especially appreciated their willingness to share local hikes and the ease of checking in and out. We spent our time mostly in the city center and this property was always a quick trip to anywhere we wanted to go whether downtown or a nearby hike to start our mornings off with gorgeous views and fresh air. Cannot imagine a better option in the SLC area. Bravo Andrea and Brian!

Nice place to stay

The best part of staying here was watching the sunset over the Great Salt Lake. It was beautiful! The home is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Brian and his wife were very kind and easy to communicate and work with.

Perfect place to stay!

Brian’s VRBO is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The view from the suite looking out to the city is amazing. Amenities is quite thoughtful. 3 big bedrooms with lots of space. It’s a perfect place for family to stay with reasonable price! This is going to be my go to place whenever I’m in Salt Lacity!

North Salt Lake Find!

This was beautiful, spacious and equipped down to the last detail. Hosts were great to communicate with. Although there were only 2 of us in our party, there are 3 large and beautifully furnished bedrooms as well as a “great room” combined kitchen/dining living room space. Loved the towel warmer….a luxury touch in the bathroom. Access to freeway was easy and view was impressive. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

The hosts were incredible with their communication, hospitality, and willingness to help us with anything we asked for. The space was perfect for us and our children and they even left some toys and snacks for our littles upon arrival. It was incredibly clean and had tons of room for us and our 3 children. Would 100% stay there again if we decide to come back to beautiful Salt Lake!

Excellent, cozy, amazing

There is so much space, it is so comfy and cozy you feel right at home there. The views were amazing. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating, very kind family. The area is magnificent especially if you have never been to a mountainous area. Just driving through the neighborhood is breathtaking especially as the sun sets. We felt very safe in this area. 10/10 recommend this property.

Christmas getaway

We stayed four nights and everything was perfect. Host Brian gave easy to understand check in instructions and we arrived to find fresh baked cinnamon bread. The space has a private entrance, 3 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Our bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bathroom had plenty of fresh fluffy towels. The location was just a couple of minutes from down town Salt Lake and only about 40 minutes to Park City. I would definitely recommend this location if you are visiting any where around Salt Lake or Park City.
