PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a prestigious residence, the apartment offers a quiet setting with a pool located at the rear of the building (no noise disturbance). Facing both north and south, it enjoys panoramic views over Cannes and the Mediterranean.
Upon entering, a hallway leads to the various rooms. On the south side, the living area includes a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV, and a dining area, with direct access to a spacious terrace furnished for dining or relaxing outdoors.
On the opposite side, the independent, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a north-facing balcony—ideal for cooking in a cooler environment.
The bedroom, also facing south, features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and direct access to the terrace.
An en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and bidet. A separate WC is located in the hallway.
The apartment includes a private parking space in the underground garage.
