There is a beautiful deck on three sides for entertaining and for taking in the amazing Wheeler Peak View! With an open floor plan and guest bedrooms on the lower and mid-levels, it's perfect for spending time with loved ones. The lower level has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two double over double bunk beds. On the middle level, there are an additional two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The primary suite, located on the upper level, has a king bed and a separate walk-out balcony to enjoy the spectacular views! The kitchen (on the middle floor) is spacious with black appliances and granite countertops. It has large windows and easy access to the deck for entertaining or taking in the mountain scenery. The living room/dining room has a kiva fireplace and large panoramic windows bringing the outside view in, regardless of the weather. *4WD/AWD Required in the Winter Months*

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
