Enjoy free off-street parking while staying only a short walk away to all the popular stores and restaurants. Fredericksburg has a great variety of activities, day or night, such as trails, hiking, canoeing, farmers market, and enjoying the town. Whether you're coming for a wedding, to enjoy the historic area, or visiting family, we're here to give you a great experience!

**We are next to a train station, so if noise is a concern for you we ask that you kindly consider before booking. Refunds will not be granted for noise complaints from the train.

Thank you for a great stay in your cozy apartment in downtown Fredericksburg. So conveniently located near everything. You had everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation and feel comfortable. It was a great home away from home!

Great Location

Home is just 10 min walking distance to everything you may need downtown. The house is very clean and fully stocked with everything needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Great place, great location.

I needed an overnight place on business. I love the old architecture of the neighborhood. Dinner was a 5 minute walk to a “Cheers” vibe Irish Pub in the old train station. Coffee shop downstairs for my essential morning brew! Would definitely stay again!

Great spot in historic Fredericksburg

Apartment was well equipped and in a great location above a coffee shop that had good breakfast options. The town of Fredericksburg was a close walking distance and plenty of food options right in the area. The train was close by but didn't bother us much since we weren't @ the apartment for very long periods of time. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful and Clean

Great space and super clean. Was filled with everything you could need. A nice little check in book was available with all the list of food, activities and such too! Only thing of note is the proximity to the train line.

Great coffee right downstairs!

It was wonderful to be able to get up in the morning and walk downstairs to get a great cup of coffee to start my day (although a coffee-maker is provided in the apartment as well, so the walk down isn't necessary). Apartment was very pleasant and the parking spot convenient. The only downside is the fact that it is right across the street from the train depot...bring a pair of good earplugs and you'll be good to go.

Super cute unit

The unit was super cute, clean, plenty of room, close walking distance to downtown and well stocked. Only thing I wasn't happy about was the bed was not comfortable (I ended up on the couch, which was comfy for one person), needed better shading on the windows for sleeping in and the traffic and trains were quite loud.

A great stay!

It is a cute little apartment with all the amenities we needed for a weekend away. We mostly used it as a place to decompress and sleep after our other plans while I'm Fredericksburg. It is very close to the train and there's some noisy traffic. It wasn't bothersome for us, but it is something to consider when booking. We struggled a bit with the keyless entry at first, but figured it out. The location is great as far as sight seeing and downtown shopping. We would stay again the next time we are visiting our friends in the area.

Old Town Fredericksburg

Property is located in old town area, which is undergoing renovation. Upon arrival, we saw old brick buildings around us and no people. We wondered about safety. But, the Amtrak station is a two minute walk, and on the other side of it, is a delightful German restaurant, Alpine Chef. We were greeted warmly and enjoyed the bar and the food. The trolley ride is a great overview of this community and is only an 8 minute walk to the starting point. The independent grocery store was also close by the Amtrak. So, were better situated than we first thought. Place was clean and nicely furnished but entry stairs are steep and might be a difficulty for impaired walkers.

The apartment was very old!!! It was super close to the train and that wasn’t mentioned at all. And they accused me of breaking a window pain, when I never touched a window at all!!! They wanted a payment of $150 for something I didn’t even touch!!! When renting an apartment you inspect things like the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, refrigerator etc… NOT pulling up old dirty blinds and curtains to check for cracks in 100 year windows!!!! I ask for a picture of the damage and all communication stop! Please don’t ever stay here, they are interested in scamming renters to pay for improvements to their property!!!!!!! After this experience I won’t ever rent another rental property, it’s strictly hotels for ME!!!!!

Can't Wait to Go Back!

Fredericksburg is a halfway point between me and my sister so we decided to meet here for a weekend. We fell in love with the city...very clean, lots of parks, super friendly people!! This little apartment was perfect! It really combined the character and charm of an old house with modern conveniences and elements. It was perfectly clean and the hosts really thought of every little detail...snacks in the cabinet, a Brita in the fridge so we didn't buy water, a sound machine for my baby... They also provided great recommendations for parks and things to do. My sister and I decided this is our spot in Fredericksburg and will definitely be back!

Perfect fit

We planned and evening downtown, dinner, drinks etc. This place was perfect. It was clean, plenty of space, and in walking distance of everything. I would definitely book again. Also, the communication with Liz was on point. She was fast to respond to any questions I had leading up to my stay.
