The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is perfect for relaxing by the fireplace while enjoying conversation with friends and family. Step out onto the private deck and keep an eye out for bears, moose, and elk roaming the valley below, offering a true Rocky Mountain experience.

Thoughtfully designed the main level showcases stunning views, a master suite with a soaking tub, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a fully stocked kitchen with new Bosch appliances. The dining area comfortably seats seven, while the open-plan living room with a stacked stone fireplace offers a cozy retreat. Step outside to the furnished deck with a gas grill, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking Rocky Mountain Range views. Additionally, there is a full size washer and dryer for guest use.

The lower level features two bedrooms, one with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and the other with a queen bed. Additionally, the lower level offers a media room with a cozy couches, smart TV, board games, and a full bathroom.

Guests of Summit Sky rental properties have access to a range of amenities, including private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and the Lake House. The Aspen House features an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House offers a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and SUPing.

Enjoy access to top ski resorts, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, SUPing, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon.
