About Sand Crab E

This magnificent beach house is a must see!! The main floor offers a spacious living area with a large flat screen TV with plenty of seating. The living space also includes the kitchen and dining with seating for 12 at the table and bar. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances that will make your meal prep a breeze. Guests will find 1 large bedroom with a king bed and TV plus a shared hall bathroom and a sideboard stocked with games and puzzles for all ages.

Step outside onto the Gulf facing deck where you can drink your coffee as the sun comes up or toast a memorable day as the sun goes down. If you are looking for some shade during the day, ask our concierge service about having a 10x10 tent set up for $125/week! 
 
Upstairs you will find 2 guest bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the other has 4 twin extra long bunks. These rooms have wall mounted TVs and share a bathroom. The extra large master can also be found on this floor, the room includes a king bed plus a sleeper sofa, wall mounted TV, sitting area overlooking the Gulf, well stocked library and a private en suite bathroom.

Outside there is covered parking for 2 vehicles and generous space for others as well. Guests will love the BBQ area that features a Traeger-style smoker and 2 Weber grills. A second refrigerator/freezer is located in the lower level entrance area to provide ample space for food and drinks for a large crowd.

Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
 
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
