Charming 1Br Condo on the beach with pool outside back door and beach access.

You will love the convenience of Sunswept 302. The condo is located on the first floor next to the pool. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the south side of the complex.

The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The patio has seating with a view of the pool. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.

We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do.

We have Direct TV stream and Xfinity apps on the TV for you to use. The Xfinity App has the 4 local stations for the area... ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. The Direct TV app has 130 channels to choose from. You are free to install your own apps to stream, but Please don't uninstall or logout our account on XFinity or Direct TV.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is as pictured and described. It’s a short walk to the beach. The only critique is the mattress is not the most comfortable and there could be some extra wash cloths and bath towels. All in all, it was a great stay.

Awesome stay

My husband and I booked this condo for a two day stay with our 10 year old daughter. It was perfect. The description is spot on. Easy walk to beach, we even had to go back a couple of times to make sandwiches and so forth, it is that easy. You literally step out to the pool from the patio...so if you have younger kids it is easy to watch them from the patio. We really enjoyed our stay.

We Love Sunswept!

We have been staying at Sunswept for several years now and have had a great time with it each year. Only thing we encountered was one gentleman that had a little too much to drink and was bothering girls at the pool and that was quickly dealt with and handled properly as soon as it was brought to their attention. We love this area and the fact that it is not as crowded as the highrise locations. We will certainly be back to visit with the friends we have made.

Loved Panama City Beach

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 2 weeks. It was perfect for 2 people. Right outside of the patio door was access to the heated pool. The beach was available by gated access across the parking lot. Everyone in the complex was friendly which made the stay extra enjoyable. We were here during March break and this part of the beach was quieter than farther down near the pier. We contacted Tom the host with one issue that we thought he should look at before the next renters came in. He responded the same day which was amazing. We had a great time.

Another great stay: Super Clean. Always meets expectations

Clean , convenient, safe, easy to book. Saw dolphins, crabs, sand dollars, little fish, rode an airboat to see alligators, ate at Dee’s Hangout. Great grills. Clean pool. Nicely landscaped. Security out and about checking on things. Family friendly. Nicely landscaped. Well lit. Easy to get in and out to go places. Parked right outside our unit. Quiet at night. Clean beach. Beach flags visible so you can judge the water . Plenty of tent space. Beautiful sunset. Water was a bit chilly, but the waves were calm enough for little ones. Rinse off stations. Coded gate for security. Keyless entry on your unit. Great place!

Loved it! Super clean and convenient

Sunswept 302 was spacious, clean, well stocked, and so convenient! It was ground floor so you literally park 3 feet from your front door! There were plenty of grills, a super clean pool, nice landscaping and walkway to the beach, plenty of room for tents and chairs, not crowded, on the quiet end of the beach, safe, and fun! The WiFi worked and so did the TVs with no problems. We were concerned about the weather in advance with Dorian approaching, but the owners gave us a clear idea of how this would impact our Labor Day trip and they were lightning fast with their response to put us at ease. Instructions for everything were clearly marked and everything we used was in good repair. Patio doors face the pool. Lovely poem in the guest book and touching story of the journey of the owners. The unit was not cluttered and even had key hooks as you come in. Some sand toys were on the patio, but we brought our own. The air conditioning worked well and was not loud. This is our 3rd time at Sunswept and our first time in 302 poolside. We are at Jacks and grilled out. Great sunset. A few jellyfish. Plenty of fish, crabs, and seashells. Yellow flags were up but it wasn’t rough. I like how Sunswept has a prominent beach flag pole. There are multiple places to rinse off and trash receptacles are conveniently located and presentable. It is also easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Keyless entry was great, too! Soooo clean! Hats off to Shannon!
